A Trustworthy and Proactive Letting Agent

Skylar at Abera Lettings is absolutely amazing to work with. As a landlord, I’ve always been extremely happy with the support Skylar provides. She is always quick to respond, very proactive, and genuinely passionate about what she does. It’s reassuring to know that my properties and tenants are in such capable hands.

Skylar operates with a high level of integrity and is always friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive whenever property repairs or maintenance issues arise.
I genuinely couldn’t ask for a better letting agent or a better level of service.

I would highly recommend Abera Lettings to any landlord looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and proactive letting agent.

Professional, sensible and great response to getting my property let! Highly recommend the services. Overall seamless process and a very amenable approach to leasing which I no doubt lead to finding my tenants quickly!

5 star Property Agency

I have worked with Skye for many years looking after my property and she is the best. Skye is attentive, communicative and get all issues sorted. I advise anyone looking to have their properties looked after to go to Abera Lettings as there is so many cowboy agents in Aberdeen.

As someone who is making the move from…

As someone who is making the move from student accommodation to my very first proper flat there is naturally a lot of anxiety and questions about the process.

My experience with Aberalettings has been fantastic as Skylar is an incredibly kind and helpful person who found me an amazing property that fits the criteria and was more than happy to answer any and all questions I had about the property and the process as a whole.

Couldn’t recommend Aberalettings more to anyone looking for a property whether you have experience or if this is your first place 🙌

We recently used Aberalettings to find a rental property for my son, and the service was excellent from start to finish.

Skylar was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She found a flat that ticked all the boxes in terms of location, amenities, and price. She kept us fully informed at every stage, answered all our questions promptly, and made the whole process seamless and stress-free.

I would highly recommend Aberalettings to anyone looking for a professional and efficient letting service.
