Absolutely awful company!!! Called as my mom with dementia forgot to remind family to order some as she didn’t advise they ran out and so called up to request a sooner order and the women had absolute no customer service skills!!!! Plus pads then were suppose to arrive Xmas eve and never arrived so now she hasn’t got any!!!!

I think they are very good reminding you of your next order and when it next delivery is.We have a lovely man who delivers very pleasant,keep up the good work you are doing a wonderful job.

Ordered and paid for two bodystockings but only one arrived and having telephoned four times before getting the truth, I was informed that the other was out of stock. Now awaiting. Not a company I wish to do further business with.

Absolutely shocking delivery service, Ordered products on June 28th for delivery today, Rang and spoke to a lady who was as grumpy as hell and said Yes they will be delivered today 6/08/24, still no delivery, happens every time. NHS need to lose this tender and quick, I’m sure there are better more efficient British companies.

Ordered a large box of pads yesterday. A large, plain box without any significant print arrived at lunchtime today and the products are of excellent quality for a reasonable outlay. Delighted by the service. I can only speak from personal experience but I do not think the products and delivery arrangements could have been better.

I ordered some incontinence products for my disabled wife on the 09/12/22 well in time for Christmas so not to be short over the festive period. I am still waiting I have contacted the company 3 times and they have said it’s waiting in the warehouse/despatch area for the delivery company to collect because they’re behind apparently! Well they seriously need to have a conversation with said delivery company as its impacting on customers and not write sarcastic comments to the paying customer! I have contacted my bank and put a dispute in regarding not receiving items. I paid £26 for the items and had to continually buy alternative products over Christmas and still am!

For anybody nursing a sick relative at home one of the things that is essential is a reliable supplier of home nursing products aka incontinence bed pads. I thought that I had found a reliable supplier with products that were delivered promptly at a very reasonable cost and of a good quality ( compare the cost of the same products offered by some doubtful characters on ebay). However, like the decline of Britain, Abena now is a poor shadow of its former self. Promises are not kept in response to my e-mails. I am still urgently waiting for bed pads ordered on 30th October. Does anybody care in Britain anymore ? Does anybody care in Abena ?

I've ordered online on 14/1/21 and todays date is 28/1/21 still no sign of my order, sent couple emails still no response. I wouldn't recommend this company

Excellent communications, very prompt delivery, packing could have been a little better, or more care by courier, but I found Abena to be fantastic. Does what they say on the tin.
