These people are scammers.
they sent me the parts i ordered and kept me 1200 euro as core charge, to be refunded after i send them my used ones back.
They never sent the money back (i have all the invoices) and after long time passed and i sent them a negative review,they called ne to threaten me that if i do not erase my review, i will never get my money back.
Of course i didnt make them the favour to erase it and i never got my money back, as i should.
THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY

There's a big watch out though.
You did not mark the shipment as a repaired item. Consequently the Useless Parcel Service UPS charged full duty and VAT which I now have to try and reclaim from customs. Please do not use those idiots again for shipping. They always cause trouble. FEDEX are way better.

SL55 ABC pump replacement.
My SL55 ABC packed up a couple of years ago & these were the only people I could find to offer a reconditioned unit. Unfortunately the pump they originally sent looked a used unit & after the Independent Mercedes mechanic fitted it, it didnt work. Whilst ABC NL replaced it with which was quite obviously a much better looking reconditioned item, I was left with a £700 bill which they refused to reimburse due to their T&Cs.
I was left out of pocket & very unimpressed. This happened in April 2023 but the date of experience doesn't go back that far.

Zoals u aangeeft, hebben wij de pomp direct vervangen zodra bleek dat er een probleem was met het eerste exemplaar. Hoewel wij begrijpen dat de montagekosten voor u erg vervelend waren, vallen deze – zoals vermeld in onze garantie- en verkoopvoorwaarden – helaas buiten onze aansprakelijkheid. Deze voorwaarden zijn opgesteld omdat wij geen invloed hebben op de werkzaamheden en tarieven van externe garages.
Wij begrijpen dat dit voor u een teleurstellende ervaring is geweest en vinden het jammer dat dit uw indruk van ons bedrijf heeft beïnvloed. Mocht u alsnog met ons in gesprek willen gaan over uw ervaring, dan nodigen wij u van harte uit om contact met ons op te nemen. Wij staan altijd open voor een constructief gesprek.

Thank you for your promptness, I received the set of o-rings for the Mercedes ABC suspension.. I haven't had time to install them yet to leave a review for quality but I think they are ok. The only negative thing and i give 4 stars rating not 5 is the shipping cost and commission for online payment with visa/mastercard etc. The o-ring kit cost is 39 euros and the shipping cost is 31 euros which had to be done in the European community for the size of an envelope with a maximum weight of 100g and 3.27 euros commission for online payment with Visa. All I can say is that ordering from ABC Specialist is very simple and fast, but for me the shipping costs seem quite high for a 100g envelope sent between countries in Europe.Thank you and I hope you continue to make spare parts for our cars :)))

Good quality parts, hard time being refunded for old ones..
While the equipment supplied is of professional quality, I encountered unexpected and prolonged delays in receiving the refund of the deposit paid for the returned old part.
Review edited on January 23, 2026:
After initiating a PayPal dispute, I received several emails from the vendor requesting that I remain patient. The refund was subsequently processed through PayPal. This experience reinforced the importance of using secure payment methods for international transactions.
Although packaging, delivery, and product quality were excellent, the refund of the core deposit took nearly two months. Greater consistency between product handling and post-sale financial processing would significantly improve the overall customer experience.
I may consider ordering small hardware items again; however, I would be hesitant to purchase high-value parts requiring a substantial refundable deposit.
Update February 12, 2026:
Since posting this review, I have received repeated unsolicited phone calls and messages requesting that I remove or modify it. Some communications referenced potential legal action for defamation. I consider this type of pressure inappropriate.
I have retained records of these communications and have informed Trustpilot so that they may review the situation. If necessary, I reserve the right to pursue appropriate legal remedies.

Great service, while they replace the dust covers of my struts while I was waiting. Only one hour waiting so it was possible to rebuild the struts to the car very quickly.
