Delivered wrong day and they lost the card
I ordered flowers and chocolates for my mum’s birthday in Algeria. Delivered on the wrong day, flowers not the same as in the photo, and the chocolates were much cheaper than what I had paid for. Worst of it is that I wrote my mum a few words, given I haven’t seen her in 1.5 years because of lockdown, and the card was never delivered so she didn’t know it was from me. Overall very pricey and not great service.

Amazing service
Amazing service! This is the first time I used this site to send flowers...all the way to Sweden! The flowers were delivered in three days time, and everything was in perfect condition. Would certainly recommend others to use AbcFlora as well :)

My comments regarding your reply to my original review:
Your refund offer a refund was contingent upon going back to pick up the flowers, meaning I'd have to call my friend and tell her to put the flowers I sent outside to be picked up. That was not acceptable to me. Your company didn't stand behind what you have on your website. Your customer service representative Nicolas wrote me that an error with your website allowed the purchase to be completed in the first place. I am also very disappointed with the lack of communication - no one reached out to let me know about the flower substition. The flowers that were sent were not very fresh. Had I been given the opportunity, I would have cancelled my order once I knew the white peonies were not available and may be the reason why your company didn't contact me is that you didn't want to lose the money.

You sent a completely different gift than I selected without even contacting me to tell me! You did contact to confirm the recipient's address so I feel you definitely should have told me about the flowers not being available.Nicolas at your company said a website error allowed me to choose the product even though they were unavailable. What was sent was overbloomed and had no significance since it was a different color and different flowers.
I emailed your company about my experience. I even emailed to ask that a manager contact me. I dealt with someone named Nicolas who was not following the guidelines published on your website.

Your order was for delivery on Aug 28, our local florist attempt the delivery on that day but security at the gated community did not allow to access. After 3 days calling the recipient phone number finally they answer and flowers were delivered as requested. It was not our florist fault that he wasn't allowed to access to the community (due covid situation) and that recipient didn't answer the phone. We do do not have any record of your claim about quality, we invite you to email us so we can solve this as we usually do with every customer. Thanks.
