ABCCANOPY Recensioni

ABC Canopies have absolutely the best products. I’ve been purchasing custom made products for years and they ever disappoint. I’ve gradually come to outdoor my entire vending setup with their quick and easy canopies. My setup looks great and survives year after year. This is my 7th canopy purchase form ABC and I can’t recommend them enough.

We needed a promotional canopy for our business and looked through the many options to order. The ease of getting my artwork and changes done was the first thing I loved, the second was how quickly they got back to me and how fast my product arrived when I let them know the date I needed it by. Fantastic! The quality also surprised me. Everything was so solid, the frame and canvas. Nothing cheaply done here. Thank you. Will use them again!

Great customer service. Quality product.

I’ve been buying from ABC Canopy for about 4 years now. They are really great canopy’s because they’re easy to set up, durable, the material of the tent is tough. I use their canopy daily for a small little business. I first started with their 10*10 and now I buy they’re 10*20. I highly recommend them and if using them for daily use, I recommend getting their top of the line frames.

Not satisfied with my order. Their 100% satisfied guarantee is completely false.

Very responsive to my issues. Did not hesitate on solving my issue. Great customer service.

They have been so easy to work with right off rip. The canopies them selves are amazing and the order time has been insanely fast we will never buy any other companies custom canopies again customers for life. And to top it all off best price in the game from what I could find so keep up the great work ABCCanopy .

The frames on the 10' x 10' pop-up tents are sturdy. The carrying case is a bonus with the wheels that make it handy to move them around without having to lift the heavy frame; or in our case allows you to take 2 tents, one in each hand to save a trip! The order, although it came in several parts on different days, ultimately all came in quickly from the date of ordering. The colors were true to the pictures online and the material is light, but durable. The boxes all came in with tears and damage, and the hardware was loose inside the boxes as the package they were in broke open, but we were able to find a replacement nut for the one that was missing.

The entire process from shopping on the website to customization and design approval was smooth and prompt with clear communication.

I purchased a umbrella for my patio set from ABC canopy this past May. Although the steel frame is sturdy and I have the UV protection on the umbrella, the solar lights are giving out already. And the so-called ability to tilt the umbrella is really poor. It tilts all the way over to the side, and there is no way to secure that so if there is a breeze then the Umbrella Just spins around and there is no way you can sit at the table with the umbrella spinning around. I have contacted the company about this and received a reply that they were sorry about the things that were deficient. They asked if I would adjust my review if they gave me a refund. However I have not seen the refund and they no longer correspond with me. So buyer beware is all I can say.

Simple design process, very quick turnaround of artwork, great recommendations of the product that would fit my needs the best, and amazing CS team that noticed I double ordered a product and they quickly updated my order and refunded my over payment

I’m writing this review in trust
ABC made my top incorrect and they are standing by their words sending full refund for miss hap

The website and Customer Service have been outstanding. Making our purchases for our growing company a breeze, or better said, as easy as A, B, C!

I have purchased a number ABC Canopy products over the years and they have all been amazing
This most recent purchase, when there was a concern that I accidentally ordered the wrong item, the customer care team reached out immediately to confirm that I had intentionally ordered what I wanted.

I contacted ABCCanopy to get replacement cross bar brackets for our 10x20 tent. They were so helpful and patient through all my questions. The payment process was simple. We live in Ellensburg, WA where the wind gusts gets over 35 mph at times. The only issue we've had with our pop up canopy are loose brackets and screws, which is pretty impressive considering all the wiggle and jiggle our canopy gets in the wind. We've had our tent for over 2 years and just now getting replacement tents. If your looking for a good quality tent, that meets the fire code standards for commerical, then ABCCanopy has what you need.

My company hosts an annual golf tournament, I order ABC Canopies for the event. I am always happy with the customer service and the quality of the product. This is my 4th year ordering canopies from ABC!

Quick response and shipment.

Excellent service. I ordered two tents in two different colors. The website was easy to navigate and simple to checkout. The first tent arrived in perfect order and the second one two days later the same. Great quality. Will definitely be buying future products from ABC.

Glad to purchase a replacement canopy and continue enjoying the protection of our gazebo.

ABCCanopy worked really hard to to find the right canopy for my gazebo after the incorrect size was sent by mistake. Offered full refund. Cheryl M.
