Unprofessional and Unhelpful Experience

The owner seemed unprofessional and completely unaware of their own return policy. He repeatedly insisted I couldn’t return a product, even though I was following their own return policy. It took several days of me quoting and screenshotting their policy to get the owner to acknowledge their policy.
By that point, I had lost trust in the business and decided to keep the item as I didn’t feel confident that they would honour a refund. Even then, the owner had sent me a snarky message quoting their own rules after I had already had to show them. Total lack of customer respect, definitely wouldn’t recommend for reliable service.

Totally Hooked

Wanted a new hat and thought I’d give Aaxxis a go. Safe to say these guys know what they’re doing when it comes to top quality gear. The materials and style are top tier. Definitely will be buying again. Im usually a big brand guy but with this it feels a bit more special being new and having a story. Big things are coming with this brand I know it!

I want to add as well, I live in England and with them being based in Ireland, they were super helpful in sorting shipping out and getting it to me quickly and keeping me in the loop the whole time. That’s the customer service that matters and what is going to take them places.
