Poor Customer Service Reps.Never know what country your Rep is from as most have strong accents and common statements like "no worries" are often used.No one seems to be able to resolve your issues as ai have called maybe 20X and still left in the dark.My advice is shop around for other Medicare plans as there are many to choose from.I have since left them for obvious reasons and poor out of network coverage.
