I have received the best service from this company. I overlooked duplicates on my initial order, email Customer Service, and they took care of crediting my PayPal immediately. I received my items today and everything was A1, excellent, as everything that I ordered was shipped in the box that I received. It was sent UPS, and I received it quickly, beyond my expectations having ordered this to the US on July 23. I would definitely order again. The items are beautiful and will allow for so much creativity, more than I have time for. I am more than delighted thank you Jess and team for expediting this and meeting my needs and supporting me for this order thank you so much.

Gail Penfold Here I wrote a shocking review before I need to now update everyone as although my first order did take 12vdays my second order was only 8 days I believe.
But what I really really am passionate about sharing every single product ink stamp Stencil tool is amazing the quality is off the chart so even thought I was frustrated with the delay I can honestly say I will shop and shop and shop some more with AAll & create as I am so impressed with the quality of all and every product

I’ve purchased from AALL and Create several times and will definitely be back. The standard of products are excellent and all my orders have arrived quickly and correct (even when it was a large order in the sales). There is also so much inspiration online for using the products.

I have made 3 orders with the company so far and all my items arrived at the speed of light. My last order was made on a Friday evening and by Weds I had my items in my hand.
Cannot say anything bad about them.

I absolutely loved aallandcreate but must admit the customer service is absolutley appalling, I've made a few orders with them but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but no the shipping from the UK to a UK customer can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks, not sure why!

I won't be purchasing anything else from them in future, no customer respect at all! 😳

Update: the company did respond and offered me a full refund so after my dissatisfaction below, they did do the right thing to make it right. Aallincreate is a stamp company located in the UK. They have very cool products but the website isn’t the most user friendly. I recently purchased a special bundle of stamps and stencils. It did specify that some ideas will vary. Once I received my order there was not one stamp or stencil design that was represented. I get some things may be out of stock etc but nothing I signed up for or paid for was in my package. Every single product was contrary to my liking. Upon contacting the company the response is what really is motivating my review. I was told immediately, “ the description clearly states items will vary” that put me on the defensive.
Then I was offered a refund but I would incur all INTERNATIONAL shipping costs, which would be more than my initial investment. There was no willingness to “make it right”, in my opinion.
Moreover, I have sent 3 additional emails to ask to review my experience and not one has been answered.
In closing, I have had issues with my orders with other companies and they’ve gone above and beyond to create a great buying experience.
It was my first and my last order. So, buyers beware. This was my experience. Hopefully yours will be better. It’s unfortunate because I really like the product but I can’t bring myself to buy their brand on other sites knowing how insincere their customer service was.
