We ordered a garage entry door in early July. An entirely incorrect door was delivered 6 weeks later, delaying our project. Despite this, we worked with the company, including taking time out of our work day to coordinate pick up of the incorrect door for its intended recipient. Our new door was delivered 2 weeks later, and due to a conflict in our contractor’s schedule (due to the delay) we weren’t able to install until 2 weeks after that. Upon unwrapping the door, we realized the replacement door was damaged with a crack that extends clear through the door.

Over the past week, we have called and emailed the company no short of 8 times. They refuse to return our calls and emails, and have not been able to even let us know if the door maintains its fire safety rating with the damage present on arrival. Despite us working with them on their error on delivering someone else’s door, we have received zero support.

Given we have received 0/2 usable doors and our project is now 8 weeks behind without any response from the company, I do not recommend this company.

Dishonest, unprofessional. After salesman assured specifics about custom, solid mahogany outswing exterior doors I received inswing doors with no security hinges of mahogany veneer with busted corners. Salesman acted as if everything was just so and had no other cognizant. Also, come to find out the doors have no product approval ratings of any sort and they will not disclose overseas company they bought the doors from. The un-approved “tempered” glass is from China (Pilkington). They are aware which products do not pass requirements and are eager to sell without disclosure. Upon discussion of return for means of wrong product they wanted more money (hefty sum) for return shipment. They also forgot/disincluded (2) doors from order. They are basically crook distributors who do not make anything but false promises.
