DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

The poor quality of the bed was absolutely shocking!

Eventually got a collection but had to wait two months for a refund and only because I chased them.

They would not refund for the assembly cost of £40 as they said it was nothing to do with them even though the drivers were employed by them!

This company also trades by another name - Bedworld so beware of them also.

Very poor quality mattress - bed sagged on first night of usage

Ordered the Magnus pocket sprung series 5000 pillow top mattress. It arrived very quickly within 5 days. Advice ..you do get what you pay for!.Not at all lile this photos or description. Don't expect too much for the price you pay...cheap for a reason! No filling labels or any other labels on the mattress very cheap quality.

Fantastic purchase. Ordered easily online and headboard arrived within a few days. Mo (the driver) was extremely polite and helpful. Would highly recommend this company.

Not good. Mattress arrived and had a greasy feeling to it, left an unpleasant substance on our hands. It's a child's mattress so this is worrying. Communication slow and poor. No one answers the phone, or chatbot. Email responses slow to non-existent. So far, no return arranged with them.
They are the same company as BedWorld and Chelsea Bed Company. Find it suspicious that they operate under three different names.

Dont touch with a bargepole! Horrible company to deal with whose customer service ends the moment they have your money. Ordered a mattress and then did not require it. I can see no email address on their website although they say it is there, if it is it is well hidden. Anyway sent 6 messages via their message function to cancel order, received no reply. Finally managed to find an email. They wanted to charge 100 pounds to cancel order! Basically said I lied re the 6 messages sent via their website! Because they had me over a barrel, had to agree to proceeding with delivery. They assured me their driver would assist with transporting mattress upstairs, he would not. So now I have a mattress I dont require and am out of pocket. Their attitude throughout was offhand and uncaring. They are a horrible company with absolutely zero ethics and no customer service whatsoever. You have been warned!

Really happy with the service and the product. The delivery was done is less than a week and the driver was in contact and friendly. The product is really good espicalle for the cost of the mattress, I really recomend this company!

Excellent coustomer service

Ordered a mattress from AAA (aka Bedworld). After reading the negative reviews I became concerned so I sent an email and also telephoned explaining the circumstances and asking for delivery to 1st floor flat. Both the customer service and driver were very helpful. The driver took the mattress to the flat door. As I've just taken delivery,it's too early to comment on the quality, durability of the mattress .

Bought 2 mattress over £600 when received I got 2 cheap mattress not the ones on there website they told me there the same when you look at them there clearly not there saying when buying there mattress it might not be the same kind so is that not false advertising A RIDCULOUS COMPANY keep clear away from them.

DO NOT ORDER! I ordered 2 luxury mattresses!! When the arrived I refused delivery as the were nothing like the advertised pictures! Cheap fabric poor quality! I then requested the correct ones to be sent which they didn’t have then they tried to charge me £100 cancellation fee! I have had to open a dispute with my bank to recover my funds!! Terrible company!!

Delivery was changed due to on the day a few parts were missing, All sorted in the timescale that they said on the phone and bed delivered on the day it was scheduled all comms throughout excellent and the bed for the price is excellent.

Difficult to speak to on phone kept waiting at least 20 mins at 10am. Information said that there will be a choice of delivery morning, afternoon or evening only 7am to 7pm was offered. Information given that delivery was to a first floor flat with a lift. Driver rang 10 mins before delivery to say that there will be an extra £30 charge to take the bed in the lift to the first floor. This is very bad paractice I won’t use the company again.

Mattress took forever to arrive and was rock hard...terrible back breaking horrible thing. For my inconvenience I was not only charged £79 for it to be collected but 50% was taken off the cost of the mattress for removing the cheap cellophane layer which they could have easily replaced for pennies. SHOCKING company...avoid. The are in conjunction with Bedworld so avoid those too. Is everyone a crook these days!!!?

I recently ordered a electric bed from this company the delivery would take 10 days,I got in touch with them as I needed it delivered early I explained to them why and they got it sorted no problem I said I would pay extra for it to be delivered but they didn't want extra,I then had to cancel the order and they were really good about it ,I received an excellent service from AAA Beds,they were very understanding.

Bed delivered on the date requested and the driver rang me 30 minutes before his arrival which was really helpful. However, there was only one delivery guy and he left my king size bed and huge headboard on the wet ground outside my flat, luckily I had someone I could call to help me lift it all up the flight of stairs. 😅

DO NOT USE!!! Where is my nearly £1000 order for my little girl? No one answers the phone! I WANT MY ORDER OR £ BACK NOW!

Doorstep delivery…it’s in the small print. Rude staff. Returns incur costs >£100. Avoid at all costs.

Warning: "AAA Beds .co.uk" (incidentally also trading under the name of "BedWorld .net") are an bsolutely awful company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM if you know what's good for you!

I wouldn't even give them a single star if 'no stars' was possible. Terrible company selling awful products that are not only terribly put together, but simply aren't worth a fraction of what they were being sold for.

1st they delivered the wrong bed. When I say 'delivered' what I mean is that the delivery drivers dumped all the parts on the pavement, buzzed the doorbell, shouted bed delivery through the intercom, then drove off before I could even get down to the door. I reported this to them 1st by e-mail, then when they ignored that for a week, by social media. There's no point in calling them as they just don't answer. You can leave a message, but they won't call you back.

So yeah, 1st they delivered the wrong bed and also a completley wroung headboard, which was even completely the wrongs size and fabric for the divan bed parts they delivered. After nearly two weeks of trying to get in contact with them, they sent me a message saying they would replace the wrongly delivered bed with the right one. A week later a courier came to swap the bed, but this time delivered the right bed, with the wrong fabric covering and again, completely the wrong head board, which was at least the right size this time, but was STILL covered in a different, mismatched, wrong fabric, which wasn't what I ordered and didn't even match the divan bed pieces which we're also covered in the wrong fabric.

Again they ignored me for about a week, before eventually sending me an email to ask if the bed had been delivered! How do they not know if it's been delivered or not?!? I had already emailed them several times to let them know they had got the order wrong again. But I emailed them back, again stating this information but since, then they have just ignored all attempts at contact, I guess hoping I would just go away.

Anyway, it's been 3 months since the second bed arrived now... and it's fallen to bits. I paid about £350 which is not too much, but it's not nothing either. I thought the bed would at least last a year! But it has lasted literally JUST over 3 months!

I'm actually shocked at exactly how crap this bed really is, or how ANYONE could actually sell something THIS crap for money!? I ordered a divan bed with drawers cos I needed the storage. But what I got was essentially a soft wood, timber box frame, covered in what is essentially cardboard, covered again in cheap fabric, with 3 (yes literally 3) supporting struts inside running horizontally inside each of the two sections. These are made from the lightest grade of cheap pine seconds (basically bulser wood). The bits aren't even screwed or glued together, they are stapled using industrial staples, which loosen over time. Parts of the wood have snapped. They card they used for the topper has sagged and even has dents from the mattress springs. The runners for the drawers have ALL twisted, bent and buckled. The bed frame is basically unusable in 3 months after eventual delivery (4 and a half months after I actually placed the initial order)!!

AWFUL build quality. AWFUL product. AWFUL customer service - ignoring customers and basically burying their head in the sand, just inexcusable. Save your money and sleep on a bunch of pallets instead. I would never, NEVER order from this company again!
