we are a bit surprised about your review on a platform we don't support (this is a general platform on which we don't have an account and is not linked to our business) and the reason you are giving.
Secondly we did reply to your email but we didn't got a reply back from you.
Also: We receive this review from you on the same moment you have send us the email about the issue you are having. So there hasn't been any time to reply to your email in any way.
Regarding the product:
We have shipped the products we get from our supplier and is the actual product which came from the actual supplier. There is no brand on these seat bases, just like 80% of the other products this brand supplies. Not every product has a brand name on it and we can't do anything about this either.
The actual product we sell for over 15 years already and never had an issue with any customer.
We shipped it quickly, we informed you correctly and you received the product quickly as well.
if there is a manufacturer fault in the product or anything, we are always open to help you but this is the product you bought in our shop and there should not be anything wrong with it.
We also would like to ask you to reconsider your review, since there isn't much we did wrong with your order/product. Specially looking at the situation we are in now and trying to contact you via different ways.

Ho comprato un alettone seeker V2 per Civic ek, secondo la descrizione di eccellente fattura.
In realtà prodotto cinese di scarsissima realizzazione persino i fori di alloggiamento sulla vettura non combaciano e non sono fissate bene perché ruotano su se stesse, sembra fatto in casa da un muratore, con tutto il rispetto per loro.

We are a bit surprised by your review.
We have been selling this spoiler for almost 12 years now, and the only issue we had was that the product arrived at a customer damaged a few years ago. Nothing else, no fitment issues (exceptional issues) or emails about it in our system. We register this per product actually, so that is why we know very specifically.
Ofcourse, an aftermarket spoiler made from FRP always need a final finish by a professional paintshop. But that is the case with every exterior product and that is why we advise professional installation/painting to get the result as preferred.
We are also surprised about your ''review'' because we never received an email from you about the quality of the product.
We did receive 24 emails form you in the last 2 months about a possible purchase and shipment information (shipping address change for example) but nothing about the fitment/quality.
So we hope that you are able to do this anyway so we can take a look at your case.
