Took a chance and ordered 11 bottles of a very hard to find St John's Commandaria and was so impressed when it arrived all packed very well and in a couple of days. The price was also cheaper then anywhere else I looked. Will definitely use again.

Delivered on time but I had ordered a Reserva bottle of wine and received the standard bottle
Delivered on time but I had ordered Castello del Diablo Reserva £29.99 + £4.99 delivery but when opened the packaging and wooden presentation case it was the Standard Castello Del Diablo which you can get from supermarket for £7-£9 . When I contacted them offered £10 refund and keep the wrong item. This was meant to be a Christmas present and would not normally have opened all the packaging but courier noticed signs of possible leakage ( bottle was intact) . It was only after I told courier nor breakage that I noticed the bottle was not the Reserva ordered and paid for. The recipient of the present would probably not have mentioned to me. I have asked for a full refund and await their response. Disappointed at their customer service on this issue
