Why Not?…
I have been struggling to find a beverage which I have bought from a local shop since I moved to this area. A new owner has come-in and changed the shopping list from the wholesaler taking out my preferences. So, I have started purchasing from other local shops in the area and am also trying online purchases from this seller (a2z). So far so good, the purchase was easy and the delivery was also good, just a few days apart. This could be the start of a long purchasing relationship, why not?

Have had multiple good experiences
Have had multiple good experiences. Delivery is fast, prices are very reasonable. The guys that run it are just interested in doing good, honest business. Will be using again for bulk ordering drinks.

You sent the two cases of wrong wine…
You sent the two cases of wrong wine type. On contacting you by email there was no response. However, the next day, when I phoned, it was agreed to replace with correct one ordered and to collect the other cases.
So in the end all was ok.
