I have used Terminal Parking for a number of years now. After a very bad experience with another provider, it was Terminal parking that helped me out while I was at the airport rushing to catch a flight. I’ve used them ever since. Always on time and ready. Key here - trustworthy!

Drivers both ways were helpful and friendly, plus person answering the telephone was very patient with our queries. I was told where to park my car and we headed off with no delay. Unfortunately we had forgotten our coats and my husband had to go back to get them from our car. Driver didn't charge him extra as there were people waiting to be picked up. Great service all round, many thanks.

Excellent, efficient service. So much better now, not having to call at any point. Having a dedicated booth meant I could just drive in and drop the keys. The car was also waiting for me when I returned, so no hanging around for it to arrive.

I paid for parking for 9x days so in total 216hrs of parking and I overstayed by 4hrs in part due to a short delay in Tenerife and a slightly longer flight time.
I was then charged £25.50 which whilst maybe within the company terms and conditions is clearly morally wrong!
I do not anticipate this review will achieve much as it was within the terms and conditions but I will not be using Birmingham airport or your parking services again.

Had a issue with our car being given a parking fine after we dropped it off at 11.15 only for the car to be caught on camera leaving the car park at 13.06. Obviously we disputed this and after contacting sunil at a2z the situation was sorted within 48hrs with the fine being paid for by a2z even though it wasn't there fault it was the company who done the meet and greet Heathrow express parking.

Amazing service at a fantastic price!
Parked at Gatwick North Terminal, just in the hotel car parks, super easy to find, 5 minutes from parking up to walking into bag drop.
Return was very simple too, flew back into south terminal, picked car up from short stay car park there, just call when you are done at luggage collection, easy directions to space, car was ready and waiting for us with a lovely friendly agent.
Highly highly recommend!

Instructions confirmed over the phone by the agent are clear and straight forward.
Like the fact that car parking tickets are included in the cost and exiting the car park is hassle free.

Would be more suitable to give this company NO STARS! The vehicle was given back to me damaged (having had it repainted recently); which the company is refusing to pay for in orderly means, telling me to deliver it to a different garage of theirs for what would assuredly be a dodgy repair. Furthermore, the reliable dash-cam that is movement controlled was unplugged as soon as the car was parked! I have evidence that the meter has added extra miles than should have been used, and the customer service is terrible. Calling the company is calling a random mobile number, with an unbothered employee picking up, not even stating the company name (calling a local chip shop is a better experience).
The company has done nothing to resolve this issue amicably, and I am currently having to seek legal counsel out of pocket for the losses occurred by this damage which has affected my own business significantly.

This was the second time in 1 month when I used this way of parking. Always friendly staff....easy to park and get to terminal.

Everything went smoothly. No waiting around and efficient service throughout.

After going through a not so pleasant experience with another meet and greet company, I decided to go back to A2Z and I am really pleased I did. No issues with dropping off the vehicle and return was within 20 minutes of me contacting them.

Best of all, my vehicle was clean and everything that I left in the vehicle was still there.

I had the worst experience ever with this company, and their actions border on outright fraud. I booked a parking space well in advance on 1st June for £27 through Groupon, expecting a smooth experience. However, on the day of my booking, 23rd July, I arrived at Manchester Airport only to find out that my booking had been canceled without any prior notice.
As a result of this cancellation, I was left stranded at the airport and had to wait over an hour under immense stress to sort out the issue. In the end, I was forced to pay £136 for a new parking space, something I could have booked directly through Manchester Airport for nearly £60 on 1st June, had I not used Groupon.
For three days, I corresponded with Groupon, and they assured me that they would resolve the issue. And after all correspondence, I received a call from A2Z airport parking on 14th August at 14:31, a representative admitted they didn’t have time to inform me of the cancellation. Later, they attempted to provide a screenshot of an email they claim was sent two days after my booking to notify me of the issue. However, I never received this email, and the representative had already stated they didn’t have time to notify me. If this email truly existed, why not provide the actual email instead of a suspicious screenshot?
This experience has been nothing short of humiliating and incredibly frustrating. The lack of communication, transparency, and outright disregard for their customers is unacceptable. Each interaction with this company has only made the situation worse, exposing their unprofessional and deceptive practices.
I strongly advise against using this service. They clearly have no regard for their customers and engage in unethical behaviour. I will be sharing my experience across every platform I can, as this kind of treatment needs to be exposed.

Having always been sceptical about using Meet & Greet's value for money, I was blown away by the service delivered by ParkAir 24/7. From the initial booking to the WhatsApp communication, how we were dealt with has been fantastic. I am particularly impressed with the instructional videos for car delivery, which ensured I knew what to do before arriving at the airport. I cannot wait to use this service for our next trip away! I am more than happy to recommend ParkAir 24/7 to anyone.

Great value. Efficient. There as soon as we arrived and coming back to Heathrow wait d 5 mins at pick up point after baggage collect. Second time using them

They were very flexible when I had booked for the wrong terminal. They answered the phone quite quickly and their instructions were very clear to follow. We did have to wait for the car to be brought to us, but less than 10 minutes.
