I recently switched to A2B payments solutions 6 weeks ago. I working with Lewis who made the transfer hassle fre/ I was concerned about setting up the hardware and software but Lewis made this very straight forward and did all this for us. He was very transparent and certainly saved us a large amount on our monthly fee’s. I would reccomend Lewis and the service he provided to anyone.

Jamie has been great setting us up and we are very pleased to have made the move. Trust Payments works very well and has an easy-to-use portal.

The service was incredibly disappointing. Jamie Morris initially assured us that he would take care of the buyout of our existing contract, but after we signed up, we were told that we would have to handle the buyout ourselves, with a promise of reimbursement that has yet to materialize. Additionally, the till and payment system, which was marketed as a full table ordering system, fails to send orders to the kitchen, forcing us to deliver them manually – a major time-waster.
After posting my initial review, they only offered to fix the problem if I removed my review, which felt like a form of blackmail. They then provided a secondary print, but it was still incompatible. The representative who came out even admitted that the Clover Flex, sold as a table ordering system, and the Duo 2 till were actually two separate tills that aren't compatible. Why would a company do this? It seems like they’re scamming other businesses out of their money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Would 100% recommend A2B Payments to anyone who requires additional funding. Mackenzie O’Neill secured us £45,000 to help us rebuild the beer garden. It was a quick and easy service, and Mackenzie was fantastic during the whole process!

Do not choose A2B payments
Do not choose A2B payments, be aware of their misleading sales practices. Choose a payment provider who is TRANSPARENT about their FEES.
A2B payments is not FCA regulated and it will be very hard for you to complain or challenge.
There is something very "Old fashioned" in the way they communicate with customers.
I found that all staff starting from sales through to managers and including Director are fully invested in their misleading sales practices.
It is a sad and unnecessary hustle for any business owner, please avoid.
Lewis the best
I've had the chance to work with Lewis from A2B payment solutions, which it was very very helpful.
He is very professional, respectful and very well trained with a high level of knowledge about the product.
I will definitely recommend to other businesses Lewis and A2B Payment Solutions.

Extremely competitive rates
From initial discussions, the changeover to A2B has been seamless aided by the very attentive account manager, Jamie Cotton.
The rates offered beat the competition by a mile and no loading for Card Not Present transactions.

I made the switch over to a2b around 4 weeks ago, during that time Lewis Dollin has made the process so smooth and effortless. He’s delivered everything that he promised he would, and more to be honest. He helped me set up my 2 full new till systems and also pointed me in the right direction to terminate my previous contract with a very high charging company. He is always on hand to answer a phone call instead of waiting in a queue for customer services. All in all, I would highly recommend Lewis and A2b payments.

Bullies to deal with
We have been in business for many years and use merchant services for our credit card machines. This company contacted us and told us that our unit needed to be upgraded. After several conversations as regards cost etc... with Jamie and an email to confirm that the Sim card charge would not be applicable to us ,we went ahead and got the new terminal. Move on 1 month and we start getting high charges from Clover which do not correlate with what we agreed. We ring to try and resolve the issue and frankly, Jamie was rude and aggressive. We move onto the boss Matthew Crooke and he has the same attitude, it obviously filters down to the staff. We try to come to an amicable solution to pay a fee to end the contract early but he is not willing to talk. I can't stand bullies and continue to try and make contact all to not avail. In the end we deal with Clover (part of the same company) and close the contract. All the machines have been sent back. This is a terrible company to deal with and not to be recommended. When we have bit more time we will talk to the ombudsman about our contract.
Good deal
Dominic got me on a good day, I was actually looking for a better deal on my card terminal. Boom! Harry took over and hooked me up with a new machine and better rate than I currently have. saved me money. Had a couple of issues , so had to put CS to the test- no issues at all.. Win win!

Cold calling spam
Cold calling spam due to seeing a social media post advertising the opening of a shop. Had 30+ of these calls on our one and only business number which is used for customers causing wasted time and missed genuine calls.
Please stop cold calling.

There people cannot be contacted unless they want to sell something!!!!
These guys are very good at contacting you whilst on the singing process and when trying to sell funding products, but when you need any other help, no one is available to answer the phone. Tried to privet message Jack Flecter as he was the person who delt with me initially, not response, then contacted Mattew Crook, no answer. Seems as these guys are acting like they are too big for their own boots. Do not deal with this people, stick to DOJO. Finally i had to contact the Card machine supplier to deal with my query and raise a complaint.
Quick and simple with great customer service
The process from start to finish was simple, fast and covered everything we were looking for. Jamie Cotton was very knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly, was on hand to answer any questions and didn’t rush us into any decisions. A * customer service!

Great customer service
Lewis Dollin is our point of contact and he has been helpful and has gone above and beyond. We had issues with our internet connection and he offered to upgrade our terminals to ensure it wasn't their machines causing any issues. Any time we run into difficuties, he was there ready to help.

Great customer service from Lewis…
Great customer service from Lewis Dollin made the switch over to A2B payment solutions very easy. Sorted all the paperwork out for me including helping me terminate the contract with my current payment cards provider. Helped me with set up of my new terminal and is always on hand to answer a call instead of having to wait in a call queue for ages like my last card provider. A2B charges were a lot cheaper as well compared to my last card provider .

I've had a great experience with A2B Payment Solutions. Signing up for their services was straightforward and much cheaper than my previous supplier. Lewis Dollin's professionalism made the process fast and simple, and he's always available for any queries.
