It has been an amazing experience working with A24 for some years now. I am particularly impressed with the swift responses through either via email or work whatsapp chat through which queries are resolve asap. The company also ensures staff are up to date with relevant trainings to enable them match the numerous complex nature of support they render and also remain abreast with new legislations.
Kudos to all the shift coordinators i have worked with so far, in a very specially way, i wish to commend Lorane Chinoingira for always being proactive and dedicated in her duties of ensuring staff on the field get motivation and support needed to carry on their duties. She has a beautiful talent in managing team members and ensuring everybody works as a team in delivering the required support to our clients.
Lastly, i would recommend A24 consider mileage payment where necessary to ensure continuous and smooth field operation.

A24group is the best company to work with in UK,I have been with this company for 4 years non stop.
I always work with BNA,my consultant Jo is fantastic,she is there for any help,and she always makes it possible for me to have shifts and happy always.

I felt really good attending an interview with the A24 Group.I was anxious at first,wondering what I will be asked.All they want is to be sure you are good at what you do and your identity is real,not fake.By asking you those penetrating on-the-job-questions,there is no way the real you will not be revealed. You can not fake it.No escaping.There is no way they can get it wrong in quality medical staffing.These are professionals who really know what they want-quality staff

So my son was very poorly and was sectioned under the mental health act section 2 and this company were called in to look after my son for 12 hours a day 8am-8pm in that time they had to restrain him and force feed him through a tube into his stomach they were so professional and kind they went above and beyond to be as dignified as possible for my son and in between these horrible moments they played games,took him out in a wheel chair for fresh air and spoke to him and all his family that visited with professionalism but also kindness and they were so friendly I felt comfortable around them and I trusted them 100% to do the best for my son while I had a few moments of me time this was for 3 weeks ,7 days a week and I can't thank them enough

These people are the absolute worst! I'm being owed money for the shifts I worked for 1 year now, every time I speak to them they have a different excuse like, this is not my departament etc. They call at the most inopportune time only once, I am a professional nurse, my time off shift should be dedicated to recovery not to chasing money for shifts I allready worked. I had enough and will pay the 115 pounds fee and let the small claims court deal with them. Also their incompetence held me back from getting my dbs for 3 months, leaving me without income for 3 months, they promise travel expenses a few times and never delivered and when I asked for the money they kept puting me to another consultant. Just because they are one of the biggest agencies in uk does not mean they are the best. I regret the day I registered with them wish I would of donned something else with the time I spent with them. Absolute buffoons, incompetents the worst of the worst.

Missed 2 interviews, low rates of pay

The experience I had with Jo Davies today was a top notch, she gives you attention to the core.

What I would do without Jo, our consultant from A24. Since I started working with agency Jo is like guardian angel. Always have a time for me, no matter if my case is small or big. Very supportive and reassuring. Her level of compensation need to praised as well. If she is not able to solve the problem straight will always directly me and support throughout. Very kind, professional and knowledgeable.

Timely updates on booklngs and cancellation of of shifts and staff is helpful, polite and professional.

It is easy to update my availability to work the booking consultants & compliance team are always as helpful as they can be.

I’ve worked for a24 group for a very long time and I’ve worked for all the agencies under the umbrella. The one person who stands out for me is Jo Davies who is a consultant for BNA. Jo is kind, caring, personable and supportive towards me, she goes above and beyond to get me the work that I need - she is amazing 🤩

I have had several interviews over the years but this was one of a kind . The interviewer is very professional and detailed to information. She was intentional about my personality and this goes a long way to show that she’s not just concerned about picking a candidate but a candidate who is passionate about the job .

The unsatisfactory experience dealing with A24 started with the jaunty recorded voice and pumping dance music on their phone system. Not that important, but it seemed inappropriate when trying to discuss care for a terminally ill cancer patient.

Following on, the operative I spoke to really lacked any empathy for the task in hand and after a lengthy discussion I received what seemed like an expensive quote by email. Obviously I didn’t go further with this company and would have left it like that until I got my mobile phone bill for the lengthy call. If you call them you need to realise that you will be paying a very premium rate which presumably they get a portion of. My call £13 for a 25 minute call!

The tolerance level and good communication level of my interviewer. Her ability to simplify every question and making the interview more interactive and comfortable.

The idea of an interview naturally puts the applicant on a hedge and makes one nervous. But during my interview with the A24 group conducted by Wedaad Bailey, I felt so relaxed. She was very friendly and patient that even when the network was messing up, she was calm and reassured me to take my time and set up properly which put me at ease throughout the interview.
