I ordered two pairs of shoes. I was REQUIRED to pay an “optional tip for our team” which is insane. As soon as I checked out, I received 5+ emails containing coupon codes for my next order, with no option of unsubscribing. These emails continued for days (and are still ongoing)

Support emailed me that one of the pairs of shoes was defective and would not ship. I asked them to ship the other pair, and then they replied that both shoes were actually out of stock. The entire experience felt like I was being scammed. I requested a refund and will never order anything from here again.

Edit: after reading the response to my review, I’d like to clarify a few things. First, There was no option during checkout to remove or adjust the so called “optional tip.”

Second - I have 25+ emails related to promo codes - not my order - with no option to unsubscribe.

Third: I understand that one pair had a defect and couldn’t ship. I’m still not clear why the second pair with no defect didn’t ship. When I asked that question, I was told both pairs were out of stock.

Edit #2: it is July 19th and I still have not received my credit for the items that never shipped. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company. Beware of buying anything from this company.
