we ordered a bike online and when we went to pick it up , the sizing looked 2 small, identified by the staff member.

The trike I bought for my daughter is…
The trike I bought for my daughter is great, but when we went in to collect the pre-purchased bike (me and my toddler), it was hard to determine where to wait to get served and we waited a while before anyone came to ask if I needed anything. When the store clerk brought out the box and it was clear I'd need help to get it to my car, he acted like this would be an incredible inconvenience. To avoid the awkwardness, I grabbed my toddler in one arm and asked him to pass me the large box in the other arm. I got 20m before someone else walking past offered to help, such was the ridiculousness of the situation. I wasn't going to leave any review, but since the purchase a month ago I've received email after email asking me to leave a review.

Poor Customer Service from Stanmore store
Spoke to Lewis at Stanmore sent email which got no response only when I called several days later did Lawrence respond. Ended taking my business to the 99Bikes store in Alexandria who were much better.

Zero customer service
Zero customer service, only interested in selling products with no after sale service. Staff are rude. Do yourself a favour and buy or service your bike elsewhere.

I bought a bike with a bike rack and…
I bought a bike with a bike rack and they installed it for free, but 6 weeks later I bought the same bike and same bike rack again, but the guy acted strange and told me it was $20 to have it installed. A few years ago I was told it would be $50 to install a bike rack too. Leaves a bad taste when you just spent $500-$1000 on a bike.
