Good service but need to approach customers
Friendly service and great product knowledge . My only issue is that twice we went into the shop and nobody approached us to offer assistance. The first day was a busy weekend so I left the store and thought we’d try again on a weekday . However, despite the store being mostly empty and staff being available, we waited around For 15 minutes without anyone coming to help us. When we asked for help , it was friendly and warm

Purchased a new road bike
Purchased a new road bike, great help and advise from Aaron. Fitted all the accessories within 30mins so we could take the bike with us.

I gave it 4 stars simply because of customer service alone
I gave it 4 stars simply because the bike came pre-assembled after ordering via click and collect (I was expected it to come boxed so bonus for me) and another star as my daughter enjoys riding it.

Not a great experience dealing with this company
I bought a bike for $10,500 and it was just given to me no wiping it down or offering to setup the seat or anything like a handover.
Not a very satisfactory experience.
Your response is bizarre how many bikes have you sold through this branch for that amount in the past 4 months
I will give you a clue it was a Merida E160 10k sold to Richard.
