Staff at the Noarlunga store were super helpful, they didn’t have the part we needed in stock (hand brake for an electric bike), but searched online for us to find the correct replacement part.

Researched many bike suppliers before choosing 99 Bikes. The fact they are local

Bike Tune-Up
Pretty seamless experience getting my bike booked in for its first Tune-Up (which was free!). Got an email reminding me it was nearly due, followed the link and booked a day and time that suited me. In store experience was really good. Friendly service and a quick drop off.
The Tune-Up was done while I was at work and ready to collect after. Great to see the notes I left on my booking were followed too. Couldn't really have been any easier!

Review your customer service.
Dropping my bike off took 25 minutes. I was fourth in line at the front counter and it took 25 minutes to be served....and which point I was just walked to an alternate workshop counter... is it that hard to have one staff member at the counter dedicated to serving staff instead of everyone walking the floor?
The service itself was booked for Sunday, I didn't get the call to say my bike was ready until 4:50pm. 10 minutes before closing. So much for a simple same day service.

Amazing service
Amazing service, had a crash out on a track and dropped in to organise a time to fix it, they found time straight away and fixed the bike on the spot. Great guys and the best bike shop down south. Thanks
