Went there looking for a NEW bike for work commute and I told the guy I know nothing about bike (I've owned bikes all my life) and he tried to up sell me and pressure me into buying a bike with a known defect/recall issue over and over again then just left the store and have ordered online instead.

Arranging stock for pick up was quick
Arranging stock for pick up was quick. Communication was good. However, on the initial phone call a man told me to bring licence and card used to pay online when picking up. When I went in store the next day, the staff didnt even want to look at them and allow me to pick up without checking who I am.

Have shopped at the MacGregor store…
Have shopped at the MacGregor store half a dozen times in the past few months! ALL staff are fantastic. Straight away checking if you need assistance, then they are friendly and helpful without being pushy in any way!
Everyone I have dealt with including Elliott, Ronan and Tom are terrific and exhibit the same fantastic customer service I expect of my own staff. Well done guys - Keep it up!

Amazing store and staff
I have always had a great experience shopping here at this store. This time was no exception. Even know it was close to closing time, I will still looked after and given great advice. I will continue to shop here. Thanks team.

Bought a 2021 Merida Scultura 400
Bought a 2021 Merida Scultura 400. John was excellent in explaining the whole of the bike(my first road bike). Including, the minor adjustments to the handle bar to make the ride comfortable. His bike fit is so good I am still riding the same setup.

Big shout out to the team at McGregor QLD
The team at my local 99 bikes at McGregor always go above and beyond to make my experience inclusive and stress free. I always walk away feeling like I have been listened to and pointed in the right direction for what I’m after be it a bike service or equipment. It’s always a pleasant experience be it the service team or sales staff. Special shout out to Chuck for his help, cheerful demeanour and follow up recently.

Great service. Benjie at 99 Bikes Macgregor helped with every aspect of our purchase - even the little details... like finding a helmet to ‘match’ my daughter’s bike! 😄 5 star service and products.
