Zoe was all over it. Great job. She recommended a better bike with features I needed and so I upgraded. Great advice! I brought in another bike and guy in workshop did chain while we waited. Very helpful and courteous from staff.

Don’t trust them with your money
They call themselves the most approachable bike shop but bad luck if they sell you a faulty product. Don’t trust them they will not replace or refund if the product is faulty they just say take it up with the supplier. Terrible service

Works great
This stand does more than enough for my use and works really well as it states on the box. For even the smallest job I now use this stand to make life easier. Great price and excellent delivery by 99 Bikes van direct to my house. Happy with product and service.

very accommodating
They didn't have the cassette I wanted but accommodatd me as best they could by offering me the next model up at a significant discount. You can't beat that for service. Very impressive.

Checked the website for bike light options, dropped into the store while I was out shopping, asked the staff a few q's which confirmed a few details and I bought a new light set. Got to ne happy with that!
