Great service
Ordered online and item arrived in a timely fashion and was immediately notified it was ready to collect. Collection was a breeze being in and out in under 5 minutes.

Excellent service and support
Had an issue with an online purchase (Wahoo Tickr) and returned it to my nearest store.
Although really busy, staff were very helpful and exchanged for a new unit - excellent example of seamless integrated service and support.

My order was lost
My order was lost. I had to chase up and no real urgency or assistance to rectify after a mistake was made. I spoke directly to shop and they just blamed someone else in the team. I understand mistakes occur, but how this is fixed and the customer service from here on can still maintain a happy customer.

I am so sorry to hear about this. From the order reference I have been in contact with both the Indooroopilly store as well as our Brisbane CBD store to find out a little more.
Shortly afterwards I have since spoken to your partner Louise who has provided a little more information for me also as her number is linked to the account..
Firstly I am extremely sorry for the stock error, however I am glad the helmet has now been successfully collected.
As mentioned to Louise, I understand this does not make up for the negative experience, however as an apology and a token of appreciation for your understanding I have sent her a $30 online voucher code for you to use on your next online order when logged in on the website.

Great Customer service
The store manager went above and beyond to find me a bike and get it to me on time. It had a few issues that were sorted under warranty during the first service.
You can visit this store at any hour of the day you are always looked after by a great team.

The bike is wonderful
The bike is wonderful, my son loves to ride it.
But the brakes were a problem from the start ... the wired aluminium contraption is not integrated in well to pull brake pads. They broke in less than a week of purchase... 99 bikes did repair it all for free. But the hassle to go back and also the extras for it could be avoided.

Indooroopilly store staff are amazing
Indooroopilly store staff are amazing. They know their stuff, happy to help you no matter what you are buying. No hard sell, they actually listen to you and help you buy what you need & what is best for your skills & abilities.
Bought my bike and accessories all from this store. The boys were always helpful and happy to assist me.
Would recommend Indooroopilly store anytime. They are the best!

Light, comfortable and can hear danger
After suggestion from someone who was happy with Aftershokz, I researched them and decided on the Air model. 99 Bikes had a very good deal on them, and the Indooroopilly store had them ready to pick up almost immediately after ordering.
In use, the Air is not loud and if there is traffic noise, then they are overpowered. Plugging an ear from outside noise can be a workable compromise and they provide a pair of ear plugs. On the road in the evenings, volume is fine and no surprises from something behind you.
They are light and secure compared to all the in-ear headsets I've used over the years. After a couple of hours, the pressure gets a little annoying.
I've had no issue with battery life for 2-3 hour walks, and recharge times have been quick.
Really pleased with my purchase.

Good service from 99 Bikes, but product a wireless bike computer, appears to sometimes lose wireless contact with the sensor while riding, then after a while catches up but gives incorrect totals.

Kind and welcome store staff
Very helpful customer service, kind and welcome staff. A few delays and clarifications at the checkout, but nothing major. Felt a bit of pressure to purchase gold membership, after I’d declined a few times. Recommend you reevaluate and consider bestowing it to recognise those who spend over a certain amount per year.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They would suggest the best option but also tell you the others available. I loved that they talked to my 12 year old son as a mountain biker and not a kid. My son now refers to the staff when we are talking anything technical for our bikes
