Having the difficulty of being new to cycling in a covid closed retail world, it's tough going to get the advice required purchasing new products.
At the newly opened Carrum Downs store I've spoken with Abby on the phone twice and had attentive and very helpful service, being able to answer all the questions I had. It's because of Abby's good service I've become a club member and will continue to be a loyal customer at this store. Thankypu for your support and good service Abby.
