As of today (two months later) still not received my refund.
Extremely poor customer service and the excuse that it’s a small company isn’t sufficient.
A minor issue with the postage, this was fixed quickly by the seller. Lovely quality pieces.

Dress was very pricey but happy to pay for a quality piece. Website looked very professional. Received dress in a box which was nice but felt like waste. Tried on I’m normally a 14 and ordered a 18 as all was in stock - was still too small so sizing deff out. Came next day as I paid for. No free returns or even a label I could purchase and add. I had to find the address from the website and take it to the post office instead of the easier options as other more expensive brands. I understand it’s a small business but for those prices I expect a good return system. The quality of the dress was nice but not up to standards such as club L where prices were also cheaper

All the emails went to junk that's a red flag straight away.
They didn't have what I ordered in stock. Gave me a timeline of 2 weeks. Waited. Nothing again. Emailed. Said I would have to wait 2-4 weeks again. Asked to cancel the order immediately. No reply. Asked again today. Have already paid klarna instalment so raised a dispute with klarna...
They still have the set on the website in stock. That's a lie. They have no stock
