Great looking clip ons and customer service
I ordered clip ons for a pair of Warby Parker glasses as well as sent in glasses for a custom fit. 2 transactions. Customer service was perfect. Prompt communication and fast delivery. More importantly, they both look great.

Zero customer service
The clip-ons don’t work for my frame so I went to their website to try and contact them about a return. After multiple emails and calls I received nothing back. Unless you’re absolutely sure of your purchase (how could you be, you’re not seeing them in person), do not buy from this company.

Extremely disappointing service
On 07/08/23 I placed an order for from 88Clipon. After over a month of phone messages and well over 10 emails, I’ve yet to receive correspondence back from the company. My product has not shown movement within the USPS system in over 3 weeks. In accordance with USPS guidelines, the sender is to be notified before a case can be opened & a resolution begin.
Was VERY excited about my purchase. Now, obviously, very frustrated and disappointed!

Bespoke clip-ons for Lindberg Acetanium
I ordered some made-to-order clip-ons for my Lindberg Acetanium 1011 spectacles - sending over a scan of the frames and some additional frame dimensions - and I received back a set of clip-ons that are a perfect fit. All this took within about 14 days, with most of that time being transit, via USPS from California to London, UK.
The lens quality and colour is great, and the clip-on mechanism is discrete. Great value.
