Start with great wins, now empty spins
This is not an accusation of any kind but I do have to wonder if the games are triggered by means of IP algorithms.
Here is why I say this:
I have been playing Tombola on and off for years, I have rarely won anything higher than £50.
The other night I could not sleep and decided to try something a little different and stumbled across 888ladies. I deposited £10 and in a very short time I had won £200 and then another £100. WOW thinks my sleep addled brain cell, this is a terrific site you get some amazing wins, so I got reeled in.
Since my initial big win of £300, of which I am still waiting payment of £100, I have now deposited a total of £380, upshot is I am out of pocket to £80 although until I receive the £100 payout technically right now I am out of pocked to £180.
Don't get me wrong, it is my choice to bet! Nobody has me hand cuffed to the pc forcing me to deposit money and play the games. However since the initial wins more and more of the slot spins are coming up totally empty or with very low returns based on £1 bets. The free spins and bonuses never appear and so I have to wonder why at the beginning these were showing up all the time, now I just do not see them.
The £80 invested today was done as a test to see what happens when I play a few of the games, the highest win I had was £10 - so in essence I played with £90 and have lost the lot.
So yup just wondering if there is some kind of algorithm in place because to lose £20 or £30 on one slot that doesn't pay out spin after spin has really got me thinking.
As said at the outset this is not an accusation or a slur on the conduct of 888ladies, these are more musings so going forward I can make an informed decision as to whether to continue playing with 888ladies.

This company is awful when it comes to admin and customer service. On two different occasions Ive had my balance withdrawn to a bank account that doesn’t even belong to me and absolutely no help or warning. Such a bad company, will never ever be using again

Avoid - disgusting, appalling customer service
I joined this site 3 days ago , I put in over £1000. If you are playing longer than an hour, you get a pop up button asking if you’re “ok” to continue to carry on playing… I clicked yes.. today I get a email and they have set deposits up for me £200 a week… no correspondence, no phone call, no warning just set this up. Now don’t get me wrong, I’m AWARE of responsible gambling, the tools etc.. mental health, income and expenditure… after 6/7 emails back and forth, I was happy to increase my deposits or have a discussion, I wanted to get this sorted today, if this wasn’t possible then I was not willing to wait one week to play/depo on this site and if this wasn’t possible still remaining then I asked for my account to be closed.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m aware some people can’t afford to gamble, but without any further evidence, they should not presume you can’t!! However, I can afford to gamble, I know my limits/losses… again no correspondence or conversation has been had by this site… just closed my account. They have completely ignored my requests for discussion! Just closed my account!! Maybe I withdrew £400 48 hours ago they don’t like that? Who knows…. But shouldn’t judge a book by its cover! Certainly after 3 days of joining and just navigating my way around the site… just email, phone up and have a conversation or warn people you are about to make a decision to set limit up on my account first! Disgusting, appalling behaviour from the “responsible gambling team” to just closed my account…. Anyway, what I spent on the 3 days I will now give my opinion on the site….
Didn’t play any bingo just slots,, had a good range of slots, slots that I like and play on other sites,.. Shamans dream, temple of iris , stampede, stampede call of the pride, which stampede and call of the pride, after about 45 mins of playing, the reels start to stick of this 2… not great.. not confident to continue to play either…. You don’t get the 3 Elephants as much either to give you extra spins… in fact, int would be quicker to get on a plane to Africa and Colate 3 Elephants yourself! I dint think this site as my peeps on it as the other sites like paddy power, sky, sun, double bubble etc.. as it doesn’t pay out as much.. but overall the site is clear and easy to use… hence why I have given 2 stars for that reason only! Another incompetence from this site!!!! I have withdrawn a star for this!

Good site. Quite a few games to choose from. I would give 5 stars but I dont like the fact you have to wait for days for your withdrawal. Unlike most sites you dont get it in within an hour. I won quite a bit yesterday and I am still waiting to receive my winnings.
