On the 27th of march 2025 I won £3200 using this site, I made the withdrawal straight away then on the Friday the following day my account had been closed & i hadn’t received any money, I then got an email to verify myself which was completely fine and I did so I had to send 3 months worth of bank statements which is completely irrelevant to them as I only opened the account on the 23rd of march 4 days prior to me winning, then today 1st April 2025 i received an email to say third party funds was used on my account. Yet my card has only ever been used on it with MY money MY name and MY phone. For them to then go ahead and tell me I’ll only be receiving £100 as a “good gesture” is a complete and utter disgrace. They ask for bank statements to then trick you into claiming your account is being funded by someone else even WHEN ITS NOT. They’ll close your account so you no longer have access to see ur deposits, withdrawals ect. Customer service is useless you’ll get more answers from a baby they lure you in with a nice little win then as soon as you win big all of a sudden your breaking regulations. All I can say is don’t waste ur time, money or even ur dignity on this app it needs closing down

My total bets are £965 and I tried to withdraw £110 over the weekend. I was advised that ot would take one business day to be paid. Followed up today to get an idea of when it will be approved and was advised it was but my history shows it's still to be approved. Spoke to another agent who said it vould take up to 5 business days to be paid.
HIGHLY recommend not using this site as it appears they are happy to take your money but when you want to withdraw....they sit on it. Gala and foxy take less that 2 hours to pay you your winnings... no ifs ands or buts....
I won't be coming back to 888ladies once I have received my payment...I want to feel I can trust they will do what they say and respect the customers who pay to use their platform...
Selection of slots aren't much either tbh.... no free games like other sites... and i have noticed that when using your bonus money the odds are brilliant but when using your own cash it changed drastically....
Don't waste your time and money. I shouldn't have to beg or wait for them to pay me my winnings.

I deposit 400 and I win 2500 pounds and they close my account said that after i send all the paper and picture they ask me for, that i use my 3 part money to play and not give me nothing.
Is a scam this 888 ladies and I advise everybody not to play because if they win they don't take withdrawal
