Great and Easy Set Up
We were able to set up our VoIP fairly easily. At first, we struggled a bit setting up the SMS messaging. However, the 800.com online resources were very helpful, and the customer service support is stellar! Highly recommend!

Would be helpful your contact list came through as calling from 800.com as non contact list callers do. It makes it harder to answer the phone professionally when it comes through as a normal call when having the number forwarded to your personal phone

I was told that you all would help with…
I was told that you all would help with getting my numbers approved for sending SMS messages. There has been no help, only an inaccurate form that doesn't list the actual information needed to pass. These numbers are absolutely worthless to me if I am unable to respond to customers who text me. and this process for sending out SMS messages is unreasonably complicated for a company that only wants to respond to customers who text me.

I had been wanting my business phone…
I had been wanting my business phone number to identify with my new start up. I was able to get through 800.com and at an affordable price especially as a start up. The dedicated phone number listed on my website makes me feel my business is coming into fruition .
