I don't know why people believe in 7SS, all they do is get your money and you wont get your order.. they keep telling you sh**t still you will get noting, "evidentltd" helped me out from my stupidity

My wife purchased an e scooter for our sons birthday.Had nothing but issues.They sent out some parts but has cost us over £100 to fit these and still not working.Paid for an extended warranty.They do not respond to emails.I have called the number on the website but when they answer they say it’s the wrong number.Do not buy from this company.They are scammers.

Purchased a scooter back in June.Had nothing with problems with it.They sent me out parts and still not working.Thid has been going on since the summer and up till now I have sent no end of emails and not had any responses.Now when you go onto the website it says it’s opening soon so not quite sure what’s going on but do not purchase from 7ss.I am now going through trading standards

Ordered and paid £190 for a Kugoo M4 Pro battery. Next day they cancelled the order without explanation and said I cancelled it. Luckily I paid via Paypal so got the money back.

I bough a spare part IENYRID M4 Pro S+
Ignition Keys + Display with Voltmeter and still have received it or even so much as got an email to say what’s happened.

I have contacted them by email, chat and by call to no avail.

If this is how they do business then good look you want last long.

Anyone needing parts etc, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere!

Is there any other way of contacting 7ss I've been emailing and calling for 2 weeks and 1 reply for my order number. Trying to explain this to my son with a faulty scooter at a few months old is becoming abit frustrating,??

Scooter stopped functioning after using it in light rain it claims to be water proof

Read lots of reviews and was in two minds but watched youtube videos of people reviewing it and decided to buy.
It was fast delivery and the customer service on being contacted with a query were very responsive and engaging.
The scooter was easy to put together just four screws.
I went 8 miles on first go, lots of hills which it got up....i still had just under half a battery.
The front light is super bright.
I cant fault the scooter or the service from this seller.
I am very happy with my scooter and would definitely recommend it....

Nothing high quality about this place. Sells scooters which are faulty. Do not answer emails or return your calls. I have now asked for a refund and someone to come and collect it and all you get is a rude messages back. Don’t order from this store if you want a decent product with proper customer service.

Anyone know if this site is legit been debate weather to buy a scooter or not want peoples opinions before deciding

Woz gonna buy e scooter£1100. I paid in full. but they woz out of stock. The company give me a refund fast as I paid them. They also called me hours after just to mk sure I woz happy with out come!!🙏 Some bad comments on here ! don't listen. I will happily give them my money and trust them!!🙏 Good customer service good company.keep up your good work!🙏

Needed a battery for my scooter to get to work and was told it would come within 2 days, waited and it didn't arrive then found out 4 days later that they was waiting for stock, I didn't receive any information about this but had to contact go receive it so now I can't get to work and have to wait for another battery. They were also aggressive while messegeing saying they will just send a refund and I can report them if I want to 0/10

Ordered the a scooter for 500 pound still waiting been 6 days still no shipping code sent out people are geting in 20 hours prob a scam 🤦‍♂️

Ordered suspension for the ienyrid m4 pro it’s been 5 days and the tracking just says waiting on carrier I’ve also contacted them 4/5 times 1st time I got a response after that didn’t get anything at all my email is please email me back @this email as I paid £50 and I just want my scooter sorted 👌

Just ordered a electric scooter charger, it says on the website 3 day delivery it’s been a day I’ll let u guys know when it comes and when it comes hoping this is a real website so I can be happy with my product and order lots more stuff after.

I ordered a scooter for my sons birthday 2 weeks ago now, was initially told it would be delivered within 3-5 days. I emailed after a week and they assured me it would be delivered Tuesday in time for his birthday. I’ve emailed three times since then and not had any further updates or so much as a reply. Now I’m £300 down and no scooter. Don’t trust this company at all. It’s a shame as my step son and daughter wanted the same scooter for Christmas but with how they don’t reply to their customers I wouldn’t order from them again.

After writing this review the company finally got in touch and were more than helpful in getting the scooter sent out asap. It’s a shame it took this for them to respond and act accordingly. The scooter itself is great quality and my son was really happy with the product.
