To all parents & students who are thinking about buying any course from 6Med - stop, take your time & read the small print (quite a lot) & then decide to buy. 6Med have tactically put in place a lot of small print (which the majority do not read) & then market the course to say free repeat or full refund. You will NEVER EVER get your money back. Companies with real quality & faith in their content refund money back no questions answered. These people are clearly not updating their content to the required standards and their quality is poor. The recommendation is to look at other companies that get their staff to actually take the exams every year and update their course content accordingly.

I really liked how engaging the crash course was. I think the content fit the Oxbridge interview questions and I wish we had more time to spend on ethics than weird questions that rarely come out.

I just had a 1-1 tuition session with one of the tutors and it helped a lot. I was able to improve on the structure of my answers and received a lot of important feedback.

The tutors that were assigned to me were well-prepared. They got in touch with me before the session to ask what my needs are and came up with a few questions tailored to my needs. They gave useful feedback not only on my answers but also on my delivery, presentation and articulation. The system, however, could be improved because I had to do a lot of communicating since my tutors randomly changed.

6med has been outstanding. Along with UCAT and BMAT materials, their comments on personal statements has been very beneficial. However, I believe that the UCAT website still has room for growth. In contrast, I believe that the BMAT Ninja is quite helpful and contains all of the necessary materials. Overall, I had an absolutely wonderful experience.

I purchased a UCAT Crash Course Ebook for my son and it has been great help because there are so many questions to go through. My son will be sitting on the UCAR exam next year so I am sure that he will be ready to ace on the exam next year.

This was such a helpful BMAT resource! It was really helpful to have the section 2 content summarised and the practice dojo had many useful questions! The essay marking was helpful too as it provided reliable feedback! Overall a very good platform.

6 med has been very useful for my BMAT preparation. Bmat ninja contains lots of questions and thorough explanations and the 6med team are always happy to help via email when needed, i would definitely recommend them :)

Written resources were helpful but Crash Course felt very much about money-making over helping us. The email from 6med said that crash course would run until 5.30pm and that the tutor be available until at least 6pm (email sent evening before so should be updated to be honest, I have a copy of this). Crash course ended at 5 and tutor logged off whilst people still had questions in the chat box, which was disappointing. Our tutor wasn't very friendly at all, I get that they may have been having a bad day but I have taken more affordable day-long courses where the atmosphere has been much more positive. Some reassurance or a simple well done even once or twice throughout the entire day costs nothing and would make a huge difference, this is a stressful time for many of us. There was little teaching in my opinion, reading the ebook - or asking us to read it - isn't really teaching. The tutor wasn't very willing to expand upon the explanation for a question apart from reading it to us, thus it was difficult to try and get much more out of the day. The tutor had their camera off most of the full day, I get that tech issues are inevitable but the price of the crash course isn't modest either. No in-format maths practice questions were covered, mostly had the syllabus read to us and did practice qs from the ebook under timed conditions for the sciences and S1. S2 'teaching' was descriptive at best. The tutor agreed at a few points that either the technique suggested by the ebook is confusing or unclear and at one point agreed that there was a mistake in it. I appreciate the time and effort that has gone into preparing the resources for these crash courses but the tutors need to be more confident and willing and patient when teaching. Ours was reluctant to explain answers beyond a surface level, I assume they had seen the slides for the first time when presenting them. Overall, with that said, this crash course was worth no more than the price of the ebook. I suggest something is done to rectify this to be honest as it has been hugely disappointing. I sent this feedback in response to 6med's survey at the end of the crash course and no one reached out to enquire or follow up on what was a pretty poor experience. We have been prompted to leave a review, and so I have relayed mine here.

Really useful resource which covers everything you need for the bmat from start to finish. What I found really helpful was the breaking down of the sections into specific sub sections so you can work on exactly what you are struggling with. However, it would have been nice to have some video solutions for some of the more complicated questions (especially in the problem solving part of section 1).

Love 6med. Excellent for medical admission exam.

I frequently use 6med in order to help with the process of applying to medicine. There are wonderful resources available, such as the PS coursebook and BMAT ninja. I would recommend 6med to aspiring medics!

6med has been a wonderful company for my personal statement mentoring. It was a seamless process and every email I sent, I got a prompt reply to from a real human! Would highly recommend to all other aspiring medical students.

6med has been very useful so far. The instructor for the crash course was very helpful at explaining things and the crash course as a whole was a valuable experience. The only improvement for it I have was that many of the questions covered in it, I had already seen in the BMAT ninja training temple. The 6med essay feedback system is great, I received feedback really quickly and the marker had some really useful tips.

Extremely comprehensive and organized crash course where my instructor explained optimal techniques for different question types and was able to answer all queries with no hesitation.

The handbook provided was invaluable and complemented the session, especially for Section 2 with worked solutions and a rough guide for which topics come up more frequently for the sciences. Initially, I struggled a lot with Physics as I didn't take it for my A-levels but thanks to the book, I've brushed up over key concepts and can work through past papers much more efficiently

Although I didn't need one, this course would be my go-to for those with bursaries and anyone wanting to grasp the fundamentals of this exam.

BMAT Ninja is honestly quite a good bank out there, especially as it provides worked solutions for each question alke. Would suggest using it!

Absolutely top top top!!! Not many companies offer as generous bursaries as these guys do! Quick response to the bursary application, all of the stuff have been super helpful and the services they’ve provided have been so so so helpful for BMAT, personal statement and interview prep. Really couldn’t recommend these guys enough, please give them a shot!
