The Host and also the Manager Tugra was so polite and nice to us he helped us go to find a car to get into the city also he helped us with our groceries and sim cards for internet in the city the Villa was clean and beautiful!

My family holiday was at 5 star villa in Alanya. Last year we also were there . Great experience staying in this place. Tuğra is such a man who helps us for everything. He is so kind, so helper . Next year we will again be in that place .

For two years, we have been renting two different villas in the same site and having a family holiday. We would like to thank Mr. Tuğra, with whom we have one-to-one communication, especially for the reliability of our host, 5StarVillas, and for ensuring this trust. We don't have to think about where to go next year. I consider every villa owned by 5StarVillas, which is under the responsibility of Mr. Tuğra, who runs all kinds of questions and requests, as my home.

All the pictures and explanations are right company gave the contact information of Mr. Tugra to take him to the villa, a very caring and kind person helped us a lot Even though the location of the villa is a bit far from the center, Alanya is more airy than the city center and we have been renting the same villa for 2 years in a position where you can see the Alanya castle.

1st of all this house is beautiful the resort was beautiful. But unfortunately, I can only give this house one star. The house did not come furnished with any dish/drying clothes. We had to wash all of the bed linens because you could clearly see they hadn't been washed. There are 3 sofa beds in the house the upstairs sofa bed still had dirty sheets on it and there was a filthy face mask in the bed as well. There was a 1/2 eaten donut under the sofa bed and candy paper. The dishes in the kitchen were also dirty. This house wasn't cleaned before we arrived. We had to clean everything. Please bring laundry detergent!!! The whole time we were there we were not able to control the thermostat so because there was an overcast the house was cold all day long. If you stay in this home be prepared to bring everything you need there were not enough towels and rags some rooms had towels with no rags. Yes, the house is located in Reunion Resort but you have no access to any of the resort's amenities because this company does not pay for its guests to have any access. So the site falsely advertises the lazy river and water park. I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. P.S. customer service is located in the UK they are eleven-hour ahead of our time, good luck getting any of your questions answered.

JP and the 5 Star team have offered me great service. Always contactable and always working hard to be flexible are things that I value given the uncertainty around travel at the moment. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again.

Ac did not work. Refrigerator did not work. Swimming pool was dirty

John @ 5 Star Villa literally saved my daughters graduation for us. We had family coming in to join us and needed a house for 10 people. I had previously booked through 2 other major vacation home sites and each were cancelled one after the other due to double bookings. By the time I came across John it was just 4 days before everyone was to arrive. He went over and above to find us a beautiful home. So thankful for someone who took pity on a sad mom who though the whole trip was ruined. You guys are the best and I will be telling everyone what a difference you made for us. Dealing with individual hosts seems so cumbersome now after allowing 5 Star Villa to handle all the details for me. Thanks again and we will be back!!

Clean Beautiful home! I happened to mention it was my birthday weekend and they went out of their way to leave me a cake!! My family and I had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend this rental!

The home was large and very spacious and the kitchen was adequately stocked with major appliances and kitchenware.
The issues with the home were mainly due to the overall lack of communication and concern for our inconvenience and safety during our stay.
Check-in was 4pm but the cleaning crew didn't leave the house until after 8pm rendering our first day in the house essentially unusable, thank goodness we didn't have small children that needed to go to bed early. They did not even have the courtesy to advise us that the check in would be delayed by over 4 hours.
The middle bedroom flooded the first night apparently due to an issue with the A/C. During the entire duration of our stay, no one came to try to improve the situation, such as bring in fans or dehumidifiers or even a wetvac to suck up some of the standing water. The water was so bad it actually splashed when you stepped on the carpet and I sent them videos showing them this. I understand this was a fluke thing but they didn't even bother to try to help us. The standing water remained entire stay even though I called and emailed each morning and even sent videos showing the extent of the flooded room.
The house was misrepresented. It was advertised as a 10 bedroom and 10 bathroom house which was perfect for the 10 moms and daughters staying in the house, but once we were finally allowed into the house we realized it only had 9 bathrooms and of those 9 bathrooms, only 2 had working outlets; far from ideal with 10 teenage girls.
We were down a bedroom due to one flooding and down a bathroom due to misrepresentation so it did not meet our needs as we had hoped.
To top it off, the house did not even have a working coffee pot which was needed to deal with all the other issues.
I understand this is a rental and little things like a leaking toilet upstairs, only 4 loungers at the pool instead of the 8 listed in the description, doorknobs falling off on two of the bathroom doors and very loud high-pitched hum from the intercom system is somewhat expected. The extremely delayed check-in, flooded bedroom with musty standing water and no coffee was over the top.
We were essentially down a bedroom, bathroom and a day of house usage and no one even attempted to rectify the situation. I am rather certain that having standing water in a house for 5 days and smelling musty is not safe.
Needless to say, the lack of communication and consideration is the reason why I would not use this company again. They have yet to even apologize for our stay being unacceptable. They truly don't seem to care.

When we arrive at 4pm, the patio was filled with pool toys and dirty from the previous tenants. Even food on the grill. The downstairs bedroom and up stairs bedrooms TVS DID NOT WORK. I called maintenance three times and emailed 5Star EVERYDAY, it was never fixed. The coffee pot is to short fir the coffee ground basket. So we had to make coffee holding the lid up and pressing the basket down- do it would drain correctly into the coffee pot and not overflow and pour onto the counter... as we experienced that on day 1. The pool is to far away from this unit and there was even 2 guys arrested Friday evening down the street. No access to back gate and parking scan never worked.

Booking with JP and the rest of the 5 star Villa Holidays team was fantastic. They were incredibly flexible and understanding and the property was great. The communication was also great and the check in instructions were very clear. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

I ran into a problem with my family members about renting a vacation home from 5 Star Villa Holidays after I paid my deposit. Since I was in the window to cancel my reservation I was able to do so without losing 5 Star Villa Holidays refunded my money quickly and without any hassles. This review is solely about the booking process, written one week before check-in. The booking process went very well and there were no problems to report. At this point in time I have no reason to fear about the property itself and the management.

I have been extremely impressed with this company from the first interaction. They have answered all of my questions promptly, made suggestions and booked my vacation villa within a day. The price was excellent and even better than I found with various other major villa rental companies. Plus their expertise and quick response times to my questions have been outstanding. Our incredible vacation home is booked and I will be looking at this company in the future for my rental needs.

I have had a great experience working with 5 Star Villa Holidays. John and his staff have been very helpful in assisting me during the planning stages of our upcoming family trip. We are looking forward to staying in their lovely home located in the Solterra Resort community for our Christmas holiday. We found 5 Star Villa rates to be the best all around. We will definitely be using them again for our next family vacation.
