The villa was beautiful from the pool to the scenic views. The bed were really comfortable and my room was the perfect size for 1 person. however the water could’ve of been warmer and better Ac in the communal area e.g living rooom/ kitchen. But overall I enjoyed all the villa and the amenities that came with it.

Many things to do and a wonderful view also very nice and clean inside!

The villa was nice, and the views were scenic. However the hot water wasn’t always working (i think there was a hot tank that only produced hot water at certain times but I’m not sure). We also requested heated hot tubs and heated pool. However our group didn’t use the pool as the weather was so cold. I think we would have enjoyed it more if the weather was warmer. It would have been nice if the villa was cleaned properly too as there was dust in certain areas e.g toilet sink. Overall it was a nice experience.

If I could rate zero I would.
We booked a villa last May 2024 for our upcoming wedding in Ibiza this year (2025). Less than three months before our wedding, 5 star villa has cancelled our booking & have gone radio silence since.
I have requested our money back multiple times… countless emails, FB messages, Instagram messages & phonecalls… still no response.

As we have needed to book an alternative villa (for our wedding) this has come at a huge additional cost to us due to how late we are now booking.

Wedding funds allocated elsewhere have needed to be used to pay for a new villa.

5 star did nothing to rectify the situation & appear to be avoiding all attempts to contact them. Financial fraud!!

AVOID!! Absolute scam artists who take peoples hard earned money. AVOID!!

Me and my family (family of 5) have just had a fantastic break in Alanya staying at one of the dream villas. The villa is fantastic, very spacious, very comfortable, clean and with a brilliant pool and hot tub, kids (and us) loved them. Any issues that may occur (we had a brief wifi issues) is quickly resolved bythe fantasyic Emrah who is there to support you anytime of the day. Emrah also met us when we arrived at the villa with a smile and a helping hand with our bags. We can highly recommend 5starvilla holidays, not only are both John Paul and Helena great to deal with, so are their staff who are great representaives of the company.

We are satisfied with the villa. Above all, we were warmly welcomed and received by Emrah günes, so that our arrival went well. Without him it would have been a bit difficult. He also helped us with all the other topics. Thank you very much.

Good service, quick response time and a lovely setting

We haven't received any check-in information from 5 star villa holidays and we arrive in Bali in just a few hours. What's the address of the villa? How do we access it? I've called 4 times but am still waiting for this basic information.

Our stay in September at the Viano do Costello House 1003 far exceeded our expectations.
The 17th century water mill is set in magnificent gardens and terraces beside th river with a short walk to a natural pool and waterfalls.
The house is set on two levels with various patios to sit by the river, to at, drink, read or just absorb th wonderful scenery and solitude.
Within a 5 minute walk is a bar/restaurant together with a small supermarket.
A 10 minute drive finds you in Porte de Lima where there are numerous well priced restaurants .
This part of the north west coast of Portugal is unspoilt with rolling hills and lush green scenery with numerous old fortified towns marking the border with Spain.
Our hosts were charming and very helpful and friendly and the property spotless and comfortable.
i would recommend this property and 5 Star Villa Holidays to all.

Recently, I stayed at a magnificent villa with an incredible atmosphere and breathtaking views of Alanya. Every morning, waking up to the view of the sea, the fortress, and the city at your feet is unforgettable. By night, this view transforms into a magical scene of city lights.

The villa is impressive: everything is clean, modern, and thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort. However, the most important aspect was the care and attention provided by Mr. Emrah. He was always there, ready to help with any questions we had, making our stay even more enjoyable. One time, he even met me late at night on his motorcycle to guide me to the villa, as the road can be tricky to navigate for the first time. Yes, the access to the villa is not the easiest, but it is definitely worth it!

Overall, I was very satisfied with our stay and definitely plan to return. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of Alanya and the comfort of this unique villa!

From the moment I enquired about the Alanya villa, the service was incredible. Helena was available at anytime of the day and would promptly answer my questions. It was my birthday during the holiday and on arrival to the airport, not only was I greeted with a birthday welcome but we had a fabulous transfer car that really kicked off the holiday mood! The villa was beautiful and spacious which I had expected having stayed with the company before. Emrah (the house manager) and Hasan (the allocated taxi driver) were both amazing and despite language barriers, were able to answer all queries and even come and see us if we needed anything small! Our experience in the villa would not have been the same without them. We had everything we needed in the villa and they kindly even did a bit of shopping for our arrival, which is handy as the villa is quite high up in the mountains and shops are not super close by but still reachable by car. Do not be put off by how high up the villa is because it is only 15 minutes to town, so totally worth it for the amenities, the gorgeous villa and the AMAZING views! I cannot fault the service and I am already excited about my next booking with 5 star villas!

Totally unacceptable. This villa was falsely advertised. It was in unsuitable condition to be rented, and we had to find last minute alternative accomodations at huge cost. As soon as I reported that there were problems with the villa, Five Star stopped responding to me. The final straw was when the property manager finally showed up and told us we had to pay "extra" for toilet paper. Do not, under any circumstances, rent this villa or anything else from Five Star
