Shittest shipping company I’ve ever…

Shittest shipping company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve contacted support multiple times and never gotten a response. For future reference if you’re ever buying something from a website that doesn’t specifically specify what type of shipping company they go through always email and ask, or look it up. 57 tracking has THE worst updating system.

1. The merchant has not yet handed over the package to the carrier (such as not scanning for delivery);
2. The carrier system is delayed in updating (usually takes 24-48 hours to synchronize);
3. The order number is incorrect or has not been activated (please check whether the order number provided by the merchant is complete).

What you can do now:
Please send us your tracking number — we can check the most recent updates and tell you which carrier was used;

If you suspect the seller is a scammer, you’ve done the right thing by reaching out to your credit card company — they may be able to recover your funds;

57Track is a scam and so is Blaine and…

57Track is a scam and so is Blaine and Carter. Loads of promises however no movement on my shipment . Trying for a refund but not holding out any hope. I should have read the previous reviews. If anyone has had any luck with compensation pls advise.

57track is a scam! Unfortunately I bought some items via Cavelle London shop promoted on Instagram. It's been almost a month of struggle now and every time I messaged the support team, they suspiciously present there is progress on this tracking page, but this is going nowhere. It is one big scam!

I ordered something from the Company Softr, an item advertised all over Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, everywhere you looked. I bought 2 and awaited tracking information. It took 1 month for my item to reach My “Doorstep/ Porch”. I get home and ask my neighbors and I have nothing that showed up. Scam company.

"Non-Delivered Parcel and No Response from WellNature - 57 Track Unreliable

WellNature and 57 Track
I ordered from WellNature on 16 March 2025 and the parcel was supposedly sent via "57 Track." The tracking showed movement until 14 April 2025, then stopped. Despite multiple emails to WellNature, I received no response. "57 Track" does not appear to be a recognized courier in South Africa, raising concerns about its legitimacy. I have not received my parcel, and this experience feels unreliable. I caution others to research thoroughly before ordering from WellNature.

SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!

I ordered from enchantelle-dk. Made the payment but never received the parcel. The tracking were only updated when I send a Email to request about my parcel and now there is no more updates and my parcel is not delivered. I have no contact numbers or emails anymore. The last few emails comes back as undelivered because their is no email like that. THIS MUST BE SCAMMERS!!!!!

This is a scam, I ordered from Okohoko.com in the USA got told parcel has been dispatched by this courier gave regularly checked and no updates. Contacted my credit card company to recuperate funds.

That’s because 57track courier service is part of a scam purchasing service set up by Edwin’s London, that are China based and use the Union Jack flag to convince you they that they are an legitimate, honest, trustworthy company, all lies. Don’t buy not even with a credit card.
