10/10 would do this trip again. We arranged it as a private tour to ensure we had a unique experience. It was a truly customized trip which was an adventure of a lifetime. As we are all on similar bikes / speed it was so easy to be flexible to change routes if needed. The guides truly went above and beyond to make it a unique experience for us - from local food stops, plenty of on road snack stops and great viewing stops.

This Salkantay Trail trip through the Peruvian Andes with 57 hours was more than just a trip; it was a life-changing experience. It challenged me physically and mentally, it opened my eyes to the beauty and diversity of our planet, and it left me with a profound sense of gratitude. I returned home with a renewed appreciation for nature, a deeper understanding of myself, and memories that will last a lifetime. Everything from the first step in the process to the very last minute in Peru was handled with professionalism!

If there were a scale from 1 - 10 stars, I would give our guide, Yaritza 100 stars. I can't say enough GREAT things about her. She was kind, knowledgeable, flexible, and the perfect guide to be in charge of 11 women. Her English was perfect - and she always made us feel safe and believed in us. She is our hero!

Fantastic tour on all levels!!! Miho, Seiji and Abe coordinated seamlessly the numerous logistics to make it stress-free for me and the small group of 5 other riders and one more guest riding shotgun in the support van. I’m a professional guide at a resort at home and can say this tour exceeded expectations 1000 fold! Everyone in my group opted for e-bikes and they were top notch and correct sized Specialized and Giant ones This made the hills easy for me personally, and with Seiji masterfully leading, and Miho in one van and Abe in another (when necessary one or two or all three coordinating to control car traffic), I could safely look around and enjoy Hidden Japan every moment of the way. In addition, this would easily qualify as a culinary tour with Miho as tour organizer ordering up amazing healthy feasts of local cuisine or diverse set meals everywhere we went. Eating well meant great energy on the bike! A traditional onsen bath was so soothing at the end of each day…..and I took advantage of one hotel having coin laundry, and one ryokan having a massage chair. All three guides spoke very good English and we’re all really friendly, interesting and caring. Abe, in particular, surprised and delighted opening up about his fascinating personality and daily life including year round surfing, rum manufacturing from home-grown sugar cane, his own bike shop and three bedroom hotel in the countryside.

I booked a trip with them to Iceland in July 24. Except for an auto email I heard nothing from them til I contacted them this week. And that email was only to refer me to the actual tour company. As a reseller, they add no value to the trip. I’m usually a seasoned traveler but since they are a reseller, not a tour operator, I will never use them again especially for the cost of the trip

My daughter and I were so impressed with the guides from Nuyama. The routes they designed were absolutely fantastic. We easily navigated the gaia map and were able to add on additional hikes. They were very easy to reach via Whatsapp and extremely helpful. This was an incredible hiking experience. We would highly recommend using Nuyama again. Thank you!! This was the most scenic hike I have ever been on. The views were spectacular, the huts fabulous and the food was great too. We were very impressed with the local guides with Nuyama. The people we met, routes, scenery and wildlife were beyond our expectations. Thank you 57hours for an epic adventure.

Tom was great! A real pro in terms of dealing with a wide variety of hiking abilites on my trek of the Haute Route. He was also very personable. This was such an awesome trek. Tough at times but I expected that and enjoyed it.

We went on the most amazing trip biking and sailing in Croatia! Ivo and Jelena were amazing guides. When we arrived Ivo helped us to assemble our bikes after traveling. He was always on top of ensuring the bikes were ready to go. After realizing the first day that there mountains were bigger than we expected he arranged for e-bike rentals to be delivered to us on the island. He was encouraging and helpful when I felt unsure of myself on a trail, and gave great tips to help me to improve my riding. On top of being an amazing mountain bike guide Ivo was also very knowledgeable of the areas we visited and he gave us the history of the places, and arranged for wine tastings and a tour of an old olive oil production mill with a delicious tasting. Jelena was also very helpful and encouraging at all times. She made the most amazing breakfasts and meals. Ivo and Jelena always made us feel at home and comfortable. I couldn’t imagine anyone better to travel with. This was a trip of a lifetime. I traveled with my husband for our honeymoon. The trip exceeded our Expectations. From the moment we stepped on the boat we were in heaven. We were shown our rooms and after we settled in Ivo and Jelena had snacks and a beer tasting ready for us. The meals provided were incredible, and the restaurants suggested were all delicious. Sailing across the blue sea, swimming in quiet coves, and relaxing on the swaying boat was an amazing way to rest after amazing mountain biking through the islands. I highly recommend the use of E-bikes. We made the mistake of trying to ride it all on our own bikes, but it was a lot of riding in order to see all of the amazing parts. Once we had E-bikes we were much more capable of riding the 20-30 miles each day with long and steep climbs. We were in heaven every moment, and will never forget this trip. I highly recommend this trip to anyone ready for an amazing adventure.

We LOVED our adventure on Harmonia from Split to Dubrovnik! We spent a glorious week biking on the Croatian Islands which was extra special because of our two amazing guides. This was our first trip of this kind and we will definitely be taking more. I only wish we could have Filip and Bubi again — they are what made our experience especially wonderful. Somehow they managed to have the perfect blend of professionalism and humor. They were reliable, extremely hard working, patient and you could feel their genuine love of their job and mutual respect. I can’t say enough good things about these two!! Thank you for an incredible vacation. A perfect blend of physical activity, relaxing, socializing and exploring! 57hours had amazing service! Patrik was very helpful and responsive. I will recommend it to all my friends and can’t wait to travel with them again.

Highly recommend the Eldgja Canyon Trek! Breathtaking views, experienced and knowledgeable Icelandic guides, and the best part is that we had the trails and huts all to ourselves.

We started our hike at Landmannalaugar, where the Laugavegur trek begins with tons of people hiking and waiting in line for the bathrooms. I appreciated walking through the colorful mountains but then was relieved to get away from the congested area. After we left the crowds doing the Laugavegur trek and drove to our starting trailhead, we did not see anyone else outside of our trekking group for the next three days, until we arrived at a spectacular waterfall near Hólaskjól Highland Center where we spent our last night.

Our guide, Josep, knew everything about the geology and ecology of the volcanoes and glaciers of Iceland. Even more interesting, he told us about Viking history including Icelandic sagas, folklore and mythology such as the story of Katla the volcano. Josep knew every river and stream, mountain and hill, valley and canyon, and he could tell us how the landscape had changed over centuries and during his lifetime.

For the first two nights, we stayed in charming mountain huts. They did not have electricity but they did have gas heaters for cooking and warming plus flush toilets in nearby outhouses. The best part is that the cozy huts were reserved just for our group. They were originally built for farmers rounding up sheep in the fall and are still used for this purpose today. But the huts have been upgraded and are now maintained by Utivist, a hiking club run by the organizer of the Eldgja trek, Guffi.

After three days of hiking with spectacular views and exciting river crossings, we arrived at Hólaskjól Highland Center, which is run by Guffi and his wife Aslaug. They are the organizers of this trek and supplied us with hearty and healthy meals and snacks to fuel us through our days of hiking. Staying at Hólaskjól is a treat in itself, as it is the center for rounding up the sheep every fall and is a lovely place to spend a night (or three).

We had a lamb bbq for the final dinner, with much celebration and laughter reliving the highlights of the trek. The next morning, we explored the trails leading from Hólaskjól to a nearby waterfall. We then drove back to Reykjavik with several stops along the way to see waterfalls, Vik (famous black sand beach), waterfalls, puffins, and more waterfalls.

Several months ago, when I started looking into treks in Iceland, the Laugavegur kept coming up. I almost signed up for it but then I saw the Eldgja Canyon trek. I am so happy that we took the road less traveled, skipped the crowds at the Laugavegur trek, and instead explored this hidden gem with an experienced Icelandic guide!

Packing note: If this is your first trip to Iceland, you might not realize that it can be chilly and rainy even in the summer. The packing list includes waterproof hiking boots, pants, and jacket. Those are necessities for this trek — and you’ll be happy you have them for everything else you do outdoors in Iceland.

A friend and I booked a trip to hike Tour du Mont Blanc with less than sixty days' notice. The hotels and refuges were great, and the directions were easy to follow. In talking with other hikers, most booked the trip at least ten months to over a year in advance and they were shocked we were able to get rooms on such short notice. The overall trip was amazing meeting and hiking with new people. The ten days hiking was made possible by the planning of this team. Thank you! Ten days of hiking through three countries was something amazing. I have traveled to over 70 countries and this trip is one of my favorites. 57hours did an amazing job planning our trip on such short notice. All hotels were top-notch and made for an amazing experience. I definitely recommend them and would use them again!

Magnus, Fenris, and Arni were awesome guides. Just the right amount of history and information were shared to inform each day's route. They also engaged with our group during the evenings, joining in conversation and telling stories to entertain us. Thanks, guys! Our guides took us to the most rugged and beautiful places. This adventure is a must see, must do with Norse Adventures! The 57hours staff were helpful all along the way, answering questions and aiding in initial contact with our guides.

Jonas was nothing less than awesome! Such a joy to be with from the moment we meant him. He was full of adventure, fun and shared stories. Incredible fit and kept the right pace for the hike. Whew - this was an incredible adventure! As a novice hiker I wanted one that was going to push me, along with the opportunity to experience an epic trip. This trip far exceeded my expectations! I completed a recent 6 day hike to Laugavegur in Iceland with 57 Hours, and it was phenomenal. Our guide, Kris, was an amazing guide! Full of information, fun to talk to, excellent cook and super organized. Highly recommend it. Exceptional! The scenery is breathtaking and the huts are a fun experience.

Both guides were extraordinary, Joan and Boris went out of their way to make our trip successful and enjoyable. Great adventure, although it was very challenging but extremely rewarding.

Gisli did a great job leading our group on the ‘Off the beaten path’ trip. He was patient with those of us that were slow and great with the people wanting to do even more hiking and exploring. Beautiful hikes, great food and our trip was full of amazing people. Accommodations were adequate for a mountain experience. 57hours was helpful with all the questions asked. Trip went off without a hitch.

Tobbi was a fantastic guide! We couldn’t have asked for better. He was knowledgeable, fun, caring, a great cook, excellent photographer, and always looking for a way to make our trip better. The scenery was spectacular and every day there was something new to amaze us. This is a bucket list trip for anyone who loves to hike, loves great photo opportunities and enjoys the company of world wide travelers. Some of our best moments of the trip happened around the community tables in the huts. 57 hours connected us to a great guide and provided us with the inspiration to see a country with amazing hiking, culture, and people.

Ivan and Mirta were fun, professional and well informed of the rules and route and we could not praise them enough. Wonderful way to experience and see the Croatian islands. Everything was well organised and efficient, the food was great, bikes in good order and our group of 7 had a fantastic time - highly recommended! Cycling is always a great way to explore, top notch experience, would definitely recommend it.

Albert was an outstanding guide! He kept us well fed and well informed of each day's challenges. I particularly appreciate how his guidance made some tough river crossings manageable and safe. We all loved his positive attitude and encouragement. I hope someday to have another adventure with Albert.

HD was confident, capable, knowledgeable and personable. The pace was guide’s pace and comfortable for most of our group. He gave lots of instruction. Our tour was operated by Arctic Adventures. Transportation, accommodation, food and hiking were all well organized. The intermediate hiking level should be respected. The scenery is spectacular. The weather is unpredictable and it is essential to come prepared for wet cold weather. Excellent! Would book though 57hours again.
