This is a SCAM site, but you don’t find out till you’ve created your profile and paid up. The first thing I found out is that you can’t search by area or age etc. I signed up about six months ago so have forgotten a lot, but I feel I need to write and warn people to be careful because they have started hassling me again.

Once I had joined and paid I found there are plenty of profiles, but you are unable to do a search like on other sites.

I dropped a line to several men and received an instant, generic reply. I soon realised that they were not genuine people. I tried contacting the company and then discovered I had been blocked from my account and could no longer log on. I phoned my bank because I wanted to find out if there was a way to warn others and even close down this fraudulent site. Fortunately the bank was able to reimburse me and claim the money back from them. They also found that I had been put on a repeat standing order, which they were able to cancel too. Six months later I am now getting emails saying what I did was illegal and claiming I pay £169 membership and additional handling fees. They have threatened legal action which would negatively impact my credit score. It gave me a sleepless night.

I emailed them, and found that it had been returned undelivered because I didn’t have “permission to write to them”. All very strange, but finally finding all the other reviews I feel confident that it is a SCAM SITE and I should just ignore there repeated emails.

I think this site should be reported and closed down to stop other people falling for this scam.

Scam - I joined this joke a year ago, and cancelled.
Randomly I am getting email now, saying I owe them money, and threatening legal action for overdue payments.
Anyone else has this, and any advise what to do ?

I joined this but now I am thinking that all they want is your money. I refuse to pay to become a premium member just so that I can I can see the other person's picture.

Trying to cancel an account - close to impossible. Likely a scam. Shame on this company taking advantage of vulnerable people. Disgusting. Stay away.

This site is an insult to all those genuinely looking for a partner. The 'matches' they send have no resemblence to search criteria and some are very offensive in content so clearly there is no vetting.
The renewal cancellation process is a joke, the fax number not recognised and therefore one is committed to sending a letter to Austria. I did this registered and signed for postage and it still took a further four emails to gain confirmation of my cancellation of auto renewal. For all those who have been caught in this loop do make sure you start the auto cancellation process in plenty of time and don't delete your profile until this is done or they will continue to take money.

I agree with the other messages on here, this dating site is a scam! It doesn’t stipulate it is in Austria! I paid in full on the 28th December, as it’s not possible to see any profiles until one pays. The calibre of men is dreadful... some look quite frightening! Three days later I asked for a refund and was refused! Yet statutory rights able one to cancel within 14 days. But I was told to send a fax or a registered letter to terminate my account! A refund was not possible!
Last week I opened a message from a man with an explicit photograph of himself with an erect penis!!! It was both scary and creepy! I sent the photos to the office, informing them I was going to the Police. Today. I finally had a reply stating I can terminate my account by fax or registered letter, without any mention of the disgusting photo! I replied, informing them I was going to the Police.
I wish I had read the reviews beforehand, but I am consoling myself that I now realise I am not on my own.

Absolute SCAM ****AVOID***Tried cancelling via letter to Austria as that's the only way you can cancel or Fax, who does Fax nowadays. They still won't let me cancel as they are now asking for proof that one sent the letter which was back in September. Absolute nightmare AVOID AVOID AVOID

To cancel your membership and subscription you have to send a letter to an address in Austria by registered mail or fax it. Who has fax machines nowaday? You can not cancel by email. Then to remove your profile is a nightmare !

The webpage is a scam. There are many reviews that confirm this and I am upset that I did not read them before signing up. Please DO NOT SIGN UP! I will now have to inform my bank so they cannot take any further money from me. Everything is fake on the webpage. They have copied all the match-making questions from another company, too. PLEASE, PLEASE, do not sign up and share the reviews with others.

Don't sign up with this site. It is a scam. The profiles aren't real. I signed up and got my first message before I'd even completed my profile. I thought that was great, until I got 6 more messages and the questions clearly weren't from real people. You can only cancel by post or fax - who has a fax anymore!

Fake site just interested in taking money out of your back can’t get it back as there is no one to talk too just robots save your money

Read the 1 star reviews!! The good reviews are all fake (notice how they come from people who have only ever left 1 review whereas the bad reviews are from real people who have reviewed multiple products and websites). This is a scam. Look at the proportion of customers who have left 1 star reviews and read the comments. I hope whoever’s behind this gets caught and prosecuted.

Absolute scam...try to ask for a photo from 3 different woman all had excuses why they did not want to send a photo...they were not real people!!

Please don’t give your hard earned money to this company.
Their pricing structure is very obscure, the price you see on their site is per week, NOT per month. They don’t give refunds and I personally think most of the profiles are fake. I’ve been duped like so many others, so please take care.
They state that, if you send a registered letter explaining your reasons for wanting a refund, within a certain time, they will refund your subscription, they won’t. I did just that, within 24hrs of joining. Apparently it didn’t meet their required timeframe, but they refuse to tell me what this mystery time frame is.
I’m now £140 inc.registered letter postage down. How I wish I had given this money to a deserving charity, instead of this bogus company.
NB I had to give it one star, to enable me to right this review, but in reality they need reporting to Trading Standards etc

This Website is indeed fake and a scam.

I actually believed I was talking to an attractive lady ...who seemed to be getting up very early and replying at 5.00am.
After about 4 or 5 days, I realised "her" replies were nothing to do with my questions/comments.
Why fall for this so easily, because we see what we want.
I am now trying to close the account - which involves having to FAX to a non number) or send a registered letter which I have at the cost of £7.20
Don't holdout much hope of getting any of my £179 back - but I will try.
