I spoke with Heinrich who was the main reason for me closing my account permanently

I do not recommend 50 crowns casino as they debited my account twice instead of just the once for my $50 deposit & now more than 12 hours later they haven't returned my $50 yet I've sent them a screenshot of my online banking showing that I'd had my account debited twice for $50 yet the casino only credited me the one amount of $50. They told me to just send a screenshot showing the two transactions which I did 10 hours ago. Now that I've closed my 50 crowns casino account they aren't giving me back my $50.

I don't recommend 50 crowns casino

I contacted support and spoke to Jamal to ask for help on a bonus I hadn’t received with my deposit. Turns out I had mistaken the min deposit as 20AUD instead of 20EURO. I apologised for my error and thanked Jamal for looking into this for me. He was so prompt, polite and helpful, even offering me some free spins.
