Failure …
Y’all took a job from me then you changed where it was going to be printed which made me miss my deadline. This has happened more than once. So I’ve went back to Printograph.

Never Let me Know Proof Was Ready
Ordered business cards and asked for a digital proof before shipment. NEVER got an email to approve the proof. Went to check on the order and noticed that the artwork was awaiting my approval. Thanks for letting me know. I could have had these business cards printed somewhere else and shipped to me 5 times already.
Update: I was immediately contacted by the company, where it was discovered that my digital proof emails were not being sent due to some bizarre error. They corrected the issue and refunded my money for the inconvenience.

Your proofing process has gone backwards.
More often than not now, my images look blurry.
I get messages that my images are not 300 dpi.
They are. They always print fine.

Customer Service No More
Orders are shipped without the hardware purchased. Then when you open a ticket, they tell you they're going to ship it to the customer but no one ever does. Customer service at 4Over has become an absolute joke!

Sample Kit
I received the sample kit and the sample books are high quality and very professional.
My only knock was because of the package. It was pretty beat up and makes me a little concerned about the packaging for other orders.
