Pakketje was snel gekomen en in goede staat!

Goede en snelle levering. Alles goed verpakt. Goede communicatie tijdens de leveringstappen.

Bestelling in de winkel ivm onvoldoende saldo. Product gelijk mee kunnen nemen.
Prima geregeld door zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Betaald voor mijn PS store code opgestuurd te krijgen met Bpost en 7eu verzending betaald. Code uiteindelijk verstuurd gekregen via mail, lijkt me niet helemaal correcte manier van werken. Betalen voor een verzending die eigenlijk niet gebeurd is 🤷

Leuk voor collectors maar helaas was er iets kapot. En dat moest ik al zien voordat ik de winkel uitliep terwijl het binnen in de doos kapot was (inlay van de Funko)

Personeel in de winkel Leidschendam was wel heel aardig 👍

Het bestelde figuurtje voldeed aan de gestelde verwachtingen, dat wil zeggen dat het zeker OK was, alleen redelijk lang moeten wachten ...

très bon, rapide et produit conforme à la description, je conseil 4 Geek.

Artikel moest uit ander filiaal komen. Heeft meer dan een week geduurd eer bestelling overgebracht werd.
Klantendienst en medewerkers wel vriendelijk.

I have preordered an item on their website almost 2! years ago now. (31/03/2021) I never got any updates, and even less so received the item itself. Since they renewed their website, I can't even access my account anymore...

I contacted them a few times myself to ask about it, and they said it is still in process, but they are also not sure if they can still get the item now... (and of course by now it's sold out everywhere else, too... >:( ) This is NOT how preorders should work...?

Last month (Jan. 4th, 2023) I asked if they could put in a bit of effort to try and see if they could still get it or not, or just give me my money back. Up to this day (23/02/23) I haven't gotten any replies...

However, the 4Geeks store in Hasselt has fantastic service, and the workers there are super kind and helpful. They have nothing to do with their awful online webshop (they do not even have full access to the system) and are the only thing that deserve 5 stars about this company!

I find it rather sad that you guys would change system and not let me know anything. I had contact with customer service before and they said to wait. Then why would I call if they say it will be okay? You are just trying to push the blame on me and that is NOT DONE! I am VERY patient and VERY understanding. But the fact that you would reply in this way on my PERSONAL EXPERIENCE says enough about how things work over there... I gave you a chance to fix this in a better manner but I STILL did not get any answer or money back after I had received a mail from your team. Funny that I get an INSTANT reply DIRECTLY after posting this review... If I hadn't, I probably would still not have heard anything. YOU made a mistake, and YOU did not take responsibility for it. Blaming the customer for bad customer service is a bit backwards, isn't it?!

UPDATE 4/04: I received my money back. The problem has been resolved.

I ordered some items on the 5th of februari and today 13th of februari still didnt receive the order or even an email from the company. So i called asking for information. There was a hold on the order for 3 items that werent coming back in. Instead of sending some info or calling to me i had to call them myself for this problem.

3 voorradige artikelen besteld. Geven aan dat het verzonden is, maar het duurt vervolgens 3/4 weken voordat het pakket aangeboden wordt bij de vervoerder.
Ze geven aan dat alles geleverd is, maar slechts 1 artikel in het slecht verpakte pakket, waarbij dat ene artikel ook nog eens beschadigd was.
Navraag leert dat de ander 2 artikelen volgens hun pre-orders waren. Het zijn echter artikelen die al in 2017 zijn uitgebracht.
Op hun advies pakket geretourneerd. Paar dagen later bericht gekregen dat de retour was aangekomen, maar 5 weken later nog steeds geen refund.
Meerdere keren contact gezocht, maar ze reageren niet meer.

Snel, snel, snel en snel

Verkoopt in de winkel funko pops met afwijking, doen vervolgens een belofte welke ineens word teruggedraaid nadat ze je 6 weken aan het lijntje hebben gehouden.
Als klant van 4geeks moet je ruiken dat funko niet snel is met reacties.
Niet klantvriendelijk en zet de klant overduidelijk niet op de eerste plaats.
