O mare dezamagire magazinul 4F din Iulius Mall Cluj-Napoca, suna alarmele alea de zici ca incepe razboiul, nu poti sta mai mult de 2 minute in magazin ca iti bubuie capul! E cel mai slab magazin 4F si cel mai prost organizat, angajati slabi care doar declanseaza alarma!

Horrid experience. Bought a vest in s exchanged it by buying another one in xs. Set up a return, for some reason could not return in store, set up pick up the address was correct the postcode incorrect or it doesn’t pop up on Google maps because the mayor of the village I live in didn’t do the postcodes correctly, set up pick up again the driver calls my grandfather he doesn’t know how to use a phone, at this point I’ve spoken to 6 people regarding returning a vest. Now I’m £30 out of pocket, my brain’s fried, six people who have no idea how to do their jobs still have a job, when I was working their job I was being exploited (3 second break between calls) and would have been fired at the slightest mistake. Not to mention that I had to think for all manner of idiots who couldn’t spell their own name but had the idea that they’re entitled to destroy me and my life and my brain just so I can pay rent and live in cold and eat once a day. The drives basically expected me to know his job better than he does although he does this 30 times a day and I’m a customer paying money for their products. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. If I were to go and return it to the post office the return to Poland would cost me as must as the vest was. I do not recommend it, it is impossible to return anything if it doesn’t fit or you don’t like it. Do not buy from them. Like people literally have this job because mishaps happen and they’re tasked with fixing them, they take no ownership and just pass the buck, if not a computer does everything for them. I cannot wait until these type of people are replaced by computers. It’ll be the start of a good era when one doesn’t need to talk to contact centres or drivers ever again.

They sell a certain type and size of goods on their website, without having any idea whether they even have that particular item in stock!
The order was unexpectedly cancelled and I'm waiting for my money back!

I have bought few tshirts on uk website not being informed that the account order comes from Poland, paid quite a hefty sum of £12 for the delivery ( only four t-shirts can’t be that heavy right?) way after a week since ordered I received a message from ups asking to pay shipping fees of £25.73. At no point when I was buying I was informed that there will be extra fee and also since it’s 4f store uk you would assume that the shipment comes somewhere from uk right? Awful experience

Jakbym mogła dałabym minus kilka gwiazdek zostałam oszukana paczka nie dotarla nr nadania wszystko szło jak w innych firmach i na tym koniec zero odzewu zero paczki nic nie polecam straciłam kilka stówek czyli to oszuści

Kupiłem w tej firmie koszulki poprzez allegro.
Masakra inne kolory niż zamuwiłem zamiast niebieskiego mam ciemnozielony. Chamska odpowiedź ze strony sklepu. Jak mi się nie podoba to mogę odesłać
Może lepiej niech uczciwie sprzedają to co się zamawia

I bought an item as the promise was delivery within 2 to 3 working. I emailed to say delivery time was essential as my daughter was visiting home from the Netherlands and package was for her. Needless to say it arrived after she returned to the Netherlands. I've already paid €10 for delivery to Ireland and will now have to pay postage again to Netherlands. Contacted 4f to ask for a refund of postage to no avail. Flatly refused any help whatsoever.

Sent wrong sizes, and one of the items was missing in general. Refused to refund at first, then after 2 weeks of writing back and forth I finally got compensated

Chciałbym złożyć oficjalną skargę dotyczącą mojego ostatniego doświadczenia zakupowego w Państwa sklepie. Zamówiłem produkt o numerze zamówienia 006200836 i niestety muszę wyrazić moje głębokie niezadowolenie z obsługi klienta.

Po złożeniu zamówienia zorientowałem się, że potrzebuję anulować je z powodu nagłej zmiany okoliczności. Natychmiast skontaktowałem się z Państwa obsługą klienta, prosząc o anulowanie zamówienia. Niestety, zostałem poinformowany, że anulacja nie jest możliwa, pomimo że zgłosiłem to natychmiast po złożeniu zamówienia.

Jednak najbardziej niepokojącą kwestią jest to, że mimo mojej prośby o anulowanie zamówienia, otrzymałem powiadomienie o wysłaniu paczki. To sprawiło, że czuję się zaniepokojony jako klient, ponieważ sklep wysłał zamówienie bez mojej zgody, mimo że jasno wyraziłem chęć anulowania.

Proszę o odpowiedź na moje zaniepokojenie i wyjaśnienie, dlaczego nie mogłem anulować zamówienia oraz dlaczego paczka została wysłana, pomimo mojej prośby o anulowanie. Oczekuję na Państwa natychmiastowe działania w tej sprawie oraz nadzieję na rozwiązanie sytuacji.

Wrong size. On site it looks different. Dont buy here.

I don't know about the products but the Romanian website is very very slow, all pages loading for minutes or crash also on phone, also on PC. I can not order or check normally anything.

Very Bad costumer service almost doesn't exist, spend around 200e and stlii waiting for the product around week after. And they provide wrong adress for the courier. Absolutely shocking.

First of all, the jacket I comand, Was too big for the european sizes. And after return product 4fstore demanded money for return product💰😠😠

Sent me oversized product, politely wanted to exchange for a smaller one. Never replied to me after 5 emails sent!
The customer support number provided on the website does not exist!
Scams....AVOID!!!
