Only getting 1 star as I can't give less.
Placed order on 13th Jan and payed extra for express delivery of 1-2 days so expected to receive by Thursday or Friday at the latest. It was for a birthday party on the Saturday.
Hadn't received by the Friday so emailed to ask if delivery would be on Saturday - no response !
Emailed again on Monday to say I wanted to cancel as they had not met there commitment to deliver in 1-2 days - no response !
Parcel delivered to me on Tuesday - after 7 days not 1-2 days, another email sent and as yet still no response!!!
Terrible customer service with no communication at all.

wrong invoice declairement so i should pay 1000 dkr , 120 pound in vat to get my parcel

Excellent customer service. Ordered a retro tracksuit top for a Christmas present unfortunately it was too small. Returned and replaced for the correct size within 3 days. Fantastic service

Ordered a retro england shirt, the shirt arrived damaged and when I contacted 3 retro they never even had the decency to reply so I had to open a case via ebay 2 get my refund and even I had to pay the return postage so I was £5 out of pocket. Beware and read the reviews.

Taken order. taken payment. Order not received. 'Proof' of delivery laughable. Since questioning the proof of delivery they won't respond and no refund received. Essentially they are thieves...

Arrived quickly in the timeframe it said it would be, really impressed with the quality of the shirt.. would highly recommend

I need to say a big thank you to 3Retro for their outstanding service afforded to me recently.I purchased a retro England 1970 World Cup shirt .Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size so had to return it . I emailed 3Retro who replied within hours with a solution .I returned the shirt and within a week of posting it I now have this great quality England shirt to wear . Thanks again 3 Retro and you will definitely have my recommendation going forward..kind regards Ronnie Brazier

Beware and read the reviews before using this company! They sent a damaged shirt and then don’t reply to queries! Shocking service but quick to take your money! After just reading the reviews now I see it is a common theme!

I returned a Scotland shirt to 3Retro over three weeks ago via Royal Mail recorded delivery, paying for the tracking myself. Despite this, I still haven’t received my refund.

I’ve contacted their customer service multiple times, but their responses have been incredibly slow, with no clear update on when I’ll get my money back. A refund should not take this long! Their returns and refund process needs serious improvement.

Ordered a birthday present for my nephew.

Great quality shirt, arrived within a couple of days.

Couldn't fault it, will order again for Xmas.

Bought a retro shirt for my son's birthday. After one wash the flocked sponsor lettering has started to peel off. I can't get in touch with them to try and get a refund/replacement. Have tried via website, Facebook and Instagram

Sent 4 email in 20 days about wrong delevering

Awful. Size guide a mile off. Paid £5 for delivery and £5.99 to return. Expensive to try a shirt on that wasn’t advertised as received. Still waiting for my refund! 7 working days to refund……really! No reply to emails.

Absolutely terrible quality shirts. Completely see through, thin material. Poor printing on badge. Would return but had to pay €16 to post office for receiving in Spain, on top of what I'd already paid for postage. Much better quality options out there. Don't waste your money!

Accepted payments for Jersey and next day express delivery. Emailed me days later to explain that the payment was pending zo they have just canceled order (day before event) while my bank shows as a full and complete transaction because they got my money fine. Not received refund either. ALSO the reason nobody can buy this Jersey from JD/Score Draw is because scalping companies like this buy them all out creating a supply/demand issue so eveyone flocks to their websites.

Notice the manufacturers have no sizes left or official retrialers yet the little pirate websites like this and "UK Soccer Shop" selling higher than RRP and official high Street retailers.

But then they can't even sell them properly without issues, this is what greed does silly little scalpers nothing more than chancers

Really great customer service. I had an issue with sizing and had to exchange a tracksuit top (they come up small btw). They were very helpful and sent the new item out super quick, which was great as it was a Xmas gift. Would definitely recommend and use again. There range of stuff is really cool.

Dreadful service. My order was not processed, with the company advising the payment had not been received. Despite having provided evidence that I have paid I have no refund and no response to several of my messages,

top notch customer service. had an issue with my order (sizing) and it was resolved without fuss.

Initially, the wrong shirt was delivered, however I contacted the company and they sorted this and sent out the correct shirt the next working day. They also refunded the postage which I had to pay to return the first shirt. I would use this company again.

Received my shirt today in Spain in under 2 weeks which I think is great. The quality of the shirt is fantastic. My only bad point is that I paid £8.95 postage charge and THEN a further €15.15 charge when it was delivered ! Apart from that I'd definitely buy from them again, and I will !!!
