Great service, website easy to navigate and browse (though a bit slow when opening menus et cetra..), quick (usually I get a tech ready to chat online within 15 minutes) and greatly helpful support.

بعد انتظار اكثر من اسبوع عطوني دخول لنتفلكس للاسف لم يعمل ، ارجعوا الفلوس اي و طلبت مرة اخرى اشتراك نتفلكس و لم اتلقى اي رد ، يقلك سوف يرد عليك زميلي . تبعناهم ما يردون

مرحباً عزيزي براء نعتذر جداً لك لما حصل لكن بعد ان تم تجهيزك بالمنتج اتضح ان شركة الISP الخاصة بك لا تعمل مع الخدمة المقدمة لذلك تم استرداد مبلغك المدفوع بالكامل وقتها مع الاعتذار بعدها اقترحنا لك الانتظار لحين صيانة المنتج في بلدك او أيجاد حلول الأمر خارج عن سيطرتنا بالخدمات المجهزة عبر وكلائنا. طالما تم استرداد مبلغك مباشرتاً ارجوا الابلاغ ان كانت هناك اي مستحقات من جانبك لنستطيع تقديم المساعدة الممكنة مع التحية.
