We do not operate in the United States, and we have no record of any interaction matching the details you’ve described. We are therefore unsure who you are or which company you may have been dealing with.

This experience raised serious concerns.
We had a very disappointing experience with 3Media and would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
A major issue arose when we became aware of the high costs they were attempting to charge our contractors, along with pressure placed on them to make payments and enter into agreements. This was not made clear to us at any stage and raised serious concerns, particularly given our long-standing and trusted contractor relationships.
When we challenged the situation, they were suddenly willing to revise the term length and costs they had previously insisted upon.
By this stage, we had completely lost confidence in their transparency and integrity. We had also received negative feedback from partners, and we believe their approach risked damaging our professional reputation.
As a result, we pushed to terminate the agreement. This ultimately required a settlement payment of £2,500 to exit.
This experience raised serious concerns about how 3Media operates, and we would urge others to fully understand the terms and implications before engaging with them.

Our advertising opportunities are always optional and agreed on a business-to-business basis, with terms shared in advance. We never require contractors to take part, and we regret if this was not clearly understood.
When concerns are raised, we always try to be flexible and find a solution, which is why revised options were offered. We’re disappointed that this situation led to a loss of confidence.

Disappointing service
Under 48hrs after proceeding with a quote from 3 media, I needed to cancel the agreement, however 3 media refused point blank to cancel the agreement forcing me to go ahead with the purchase without offering cancellation rights or cooling off period. Always take time to think hard before singing anything in the future. We will not be using my 3 media in the future or referring them to anyone we know.

In this case, the agreement entered into was a business-to-business contract, with the terms, including cancellation conditions, clearly outlined and confirmed prior to acceptance. Once approved and production commenced, we were unfortunately unable to cancel the order.

Don't bother - Not worth a penny
3 Media Ltd approached us offering to advertise in what they claimed would be a widely distributed brochure for a local estate agent. We paid a significant amount with the promise of exposure and leads. We received none.
What’s worse, the contract included a hidden automatic renewal clause that was never clearly explained. When we tried to cancel, they insisted it could only be done by recorded delivery post — an unreasonable and unfair requirement that was never highlighted. This tactic feels designed to trap small businesses into unwanted renewals.
The company also continues to argue rather than address concerns, and many other small businesses report being ignored or told “we can’t find the case” when they raise legitimate complaints.
In short, 3 Media Ltd appears to exploit small businesses, offering promises of value that are never delivered and relying on confusing contracts to extract more money. If you’re contacted by them, be extremely cautious.
In response to Your “sorry that this is our experience”, is disingenuous, clearly performative and misleading, as behind closed doors they are belligerent and dismissive.
