This is a fraud company. They have taken my money and not delivered the product. They are a fake company. Have to file complaint .

I ordered aa product or worth 8k but 2 months ago with 15 days delivery guarantee. Not answering calls, they are fraud.

I ordered for a product on 1st August 2024. They were in touch with me till October 3rd. After that there is no response to my pings and calls. What is the way forward? Is there a government agency where we can complain?

These guys are cheats. Once you pay money they would never pick up your calls. It's been more than a month and I haven't received the delivery yet. It's a fake company.

Horrible and pathetic service. Took money of Rs.4000 for a bust size statue full payment in advance and delivered a crap looking statue which was totally useless and nothing compared to original image sent. Totally worthless company. Fake. No response and complete cheaters. They don't respond properly, its complete waste of time and hard-earned money. Hope these cheaters rot in hell for their pathetic business model of fooling people.

I had placed order with advance payment on 31/03/2024 with expectation to receive the product by 30/04/2024. Inspite of repeated reminders, i received the wrong product in July, 2024.

they have taken money from me and dont know how to make miniature and doesnot fall comittment asking for further payment

Ordered 20days back and till now not delivered... They are fooling customers....

Horrible company. They took 60 days to deliver the 3d statue when they said 20 days. They wont lift the calls even if you call repeatedly. The final product was supposed to be a gift for my wife. It was really badly made

Two words : Fake company

One of the worst service ever. They take minimum 2 months to finish any order. They tell 15-20 days delivery before collection of money. They take entire amount and don't respond properly. Even after 2 months, they chose the wrong photo for making 3d and they didn't even send me a picture of finished product before dispatching for my approval,despite asking N times to send me a picture of finished product. Even hand crafted arts doesn't take this long, I have ordered this to my sister as a surprise for a occasion and these people surprised us by taking 2 months. Worst and worst ever service provider. Never even think of ordering.

Please don't use them
I had ordered a 3d statue on 18th October and still now it is not completed. They say that they use 3d printer but I dunno why it takes sooo long. If you want to gift it to someone, I would recommend not to use their services. They don't have any respect for customer's time. Disgustingly poor service. Moreover, they keep changing their words. Not trustworthy at all.

Guys don't order it's very diffuclt from get back your orders. They focusing only money.. They not even answering phone calls and message.

Don't order, they take 3-4 months to deliver any order. And once make payment they are least bother about delivery and you are stuck with them.

Don't waste in ordering from them. They don't have and time limit, takes order and forget to deliver. Thay may take upto one year to complete your order. It's waste of time and money

Very unpleasant experience ordering a 3d miniature for my parents anniversary. Worst of all the delays, we didn’t receive the miniature itself. There was goof up in the delivery. And the person I was talking during the making of miniature, chose not reply to me anymore and chose not to resolve the issue.
Very unprofessional.

Thank 3dstatue so much for such a lovely miniature of my granddaughter Anushka. We all liked very much this doll. Ms sakshi worked very hard with patience. All the work completed within three weeks. Packaging is also good enough that no damages done to precious item.

3DStatue .... Very bad experience with this Company..
Before the money transfer they are on their knee like anything… Picking the call on time, responding properly …. But after that they are not picking call. Even not answer your messages. I ordered the statue of my Bhai-Bhabhi to gift them on their first anniversary function. Based on their terms they deliver the stuff within 20-25 days…..they crossed the limit…. They delivered my stuff 15 days delayed …which was not properly done. Faces are not recognisable with wrong body structure …. And that is also broken. One statue was broken from neck…. When I complained they asked me to stick it with fevistick ….. It was special gift for my bhai & I will gift him something “ jisme uska hi sir tuta hua ho “ ??????.... When I call them to repair it …. They didn’t pick my call… I repeatedly call them for 4-5 days then they pick my call and told that they will collect the statue & send me the final one …. But no it’s not done yet ……..and yes I have paid full amount …..I am sending the review all over the internet and on very consumer site & where ever I find 3dstatue, so that other people think twice before dill with this company.

Requesting every one who are intrestef to do any 3D model, don't go with 3Dstatue company. Thesre are so many other companies provideing same services.... find the batter one
