Excellent service from the 3 Counties Team. Tony called straight after the survey to go through any highlights. The very comprehensive survey arrived a few days later. Would definitely recommend and use their services again.

We've had a great experience with 3 Counties. Hayley was very responsive in getting us booked in as quickly as possible and Tony was very thorough in his report, and talked us through it in the detail we needed as first time house buyers (and of a period property!). They gave us the confidence to raise the issues noted in the right way and supported us throughout.

The original phone contact was much more personal than a competitor. The price was also more competitive. It took a while for a date, but it was worth the wait. The survey, and Searches were amazingly thorough. There was an element of generosity as well. All in all a happy customer
