The mats don't fit. I had to cut them to even get them in. Don't know what the tabs are for and no explanation. The company wants pictures. I have had people trip on these things getting in and out of the car. They are dangerous. The company won't do anything without pictures.
Floor mats came all folded over and no instructions for the box of thumbtacks and plastic things. They responded to my email promptly and asked for pictures. They included a link for the instructions and two other links that could not be found. I have sent them what they requested, but have not heard anything regarding how to return the items. I am contacting my credit card company to reverse the payment.
This company advertises that they sell custom sets of floor mats for your car. Advertised as Premium leather....I was sent cheap vinyl...they are such poor quality...cheaply made....nothing as advertised. I have continually requested a return for refund...due to defective quality as they have sent me the incorrect item. They cost me $169.00. USD. I could get good quality vinyl/rubber mats at local stores for under $50.00. They keep sending generic email replies which do not address the issue. Further investigation online indicates bad reviews. a string on warnings to stay away..... this is a company and website that is a scam. Everyone stay away. Do not buy.
