An update on my review of the 3rd of January 2023, I can confirm that I did get a 50% of my money back.
I tried to track the package with DHL courier services, at first they said they have no record of such package. I later received an email from DHL saying they are busy with my package. Each time I check the progress on DHL, the expected date of delivery moves to a future date, (04.02.2023-11.02023)
(08.02.2023-14.02.2023)
Now it says 16.02.2023 - 26.02.2023.
Meaning that I'll never receive anything. As I'm typing this today 16.01.2023, I've been on their live chat line, nobody is responding.
I don't know how best can we expose this scammers.
I have also tried to communicate with some people that I have read their reviews from ZA, to no avail.
Is there no way we can report this scammers TO INTERPOL?
Can we please find a way to stop this scammers

big scam ordered total was suppose to b 234 but was charged 339 then over night they took another 79 not happy

So,naively I also fell for the scam. Minutes after I placed the order and realised it was charged in USD I contacted the chat line and asked for the order to be cancelled. They said (according to the fine print) that once orders are placed they cannot be cancelled. I told them that I intended/ would be returning the products as soon I received them so to avoid the merry-go-round why can they just not stop the process then as the products would not have been even processed. They were adamant that the process could not be halted (RED FLAG #1). On explaining the reason for my need to cancel ie: charged in USD, they then gave me an immediate 50% refund (received). Later, on reading the fine print (which was not apparent on the order page) it said that you also automatically sign up for the product to be sent/charged to you on an ongoing basis (RED FLAG #2). I contacted my credit card company and they immediately cancelled my credit card and reissued another one. The products arrived (not from the US, but from the UK). I opened one bottle (out of curiosity in case it does work ... no results yet) and sent 4 back to the UK (cost me $31 AUD in postage!). The tracking details showed that the bottles had been received by them (RED FLAG #3, the return address does not have the name of the company just RMA Returns ... RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization)? The refund for the 4 returned bottles apparently was issued to my old credit card number (it has not come through yet). I am now in contact with them again to have the matter resolved once and for all. I can only cross my fingers!

I ordered 3 bottles and 2 free. Money immediately deducted from my account. Still waiting for my order. Can't contact them. Live chat don't work.
PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM THEM. THIS IS A HUGE SCAM.

I ordered a 360 Nutrients product in 9th November 2022. It was only just delivered I have even tried it and now they took money for an automatic refill that I did not authorise on Dec 29th. Disgraceful. I want my money back for the refill order. I even sent them an email asking to stop the refills, no response

But why do these scammers keep on stealing from people without being arrested. Something must be done. So boring

SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so sorry that I ever thought otherwise, I should of known better. I ordered the product in November 2022. I have emailed and got no response. I have tried tracking the product but suddenly the tracking number does not work anymore. I still do not have my product. This is so disgusting 😤

Stay away from buying from 360 Nutrients. I bought Guardian Blood Balance, to help my problems with sugar levels. I only wanted to buy 3 bottles, the marketing options made it route me to end up buying 5. It didn't say anywhere, it was in US dollars, $219.73, but I ended up paying Australian $326.93, and it also have to pay international transaction fees Australian $9.81 using credit card.
You will get an email, stating your order ID. In the email, it says you will get another email with shipping tracking number in 48 hours. There is a live chat option available on the email.
If you also get a text message on your mobile, asking you to buy more with a link. (I didn't fall for that)
It's been 5 days. I didn't get an email, with a tracker number. I tried to contact them using the live chat live and also send them emails. Firstly, asking about my order, I realised them to be scammers from this online forum. In my last email, I wrote to them, telling I am going to expose them are scammers.
I also tried the Live Chat. I sent them so many messages. No reply.
If you decide to buy this product using 360 Nutrients, all you get is an empty promise. So stay away!!
All I wanted was to get a good start in 2023 to build a healthier life, ended up getting scammed.

I ordered a 360 Nutrients product in late November 2022. It has never been delivered and now they are trying to take money for an automatic refill that I did not authorise.

So of course they sucked me in with the big ad. So I had anyone every got there money back or got the product. They said it was 199.75 but took 325.20. Any tip or help would be great

This is a scam, order 2 bottles was charged or 6 $350 Australian, back in mid November 2022, to date still have not received them. Last email from them sent 7.12.2022 advising they were on there way. DHL tracking number I was given, does does not exist.

If I could I would give this company a minus star rating. I ordered my products with a dubious ordering process that tricks you into ordering more, and finding yourself on a recurring order system. I paid $A137.00 for 2 bottles of gummies. Apparently I also paid for expedited delivery. Well, expedited delivery took 8 weeks from US to Australia and then I only received 1 bottle not 2. I have been offered a refund of $A18.00 for the missing bottle. I have to wonder if this is a joke.
Enquiries to their chat line give you a different answer every time. Do not do business with this shonky company.

2 weeks trying their gummies and have not lost an ounce!

FRAUD AND SCAM - after buying and receiving original order in Oct 2022, they then deducted more money of 349.00 from account in Jan 2023. After chat on online threatening to reveal that they are a scam company and committing fraud as I didn't buy or give permission for deducted money - it was conveniently quickly refunded the same day.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS IT IS A SCAM AND PRODUCT DOESN'T WORK.

I ordered your product and it was advertised as $40 and if you buy 2 you get 1 free. I was charged $149??
I cancel the order and asked my money back then you replied and said I must send the product back and you will look into it!!!! I never received anything what must I send back to get my money back?? Then I received an email saying you tried to order another lot but the order didn't go through thank goodness I phoned my bank otherwise I would have been charged again for nothing. This is a horrible experience

This company is a scam. I ordered 1 bottle but was charged for 5 bottles. They deducted R3400 from my account. They claim that it has processed and they can't cancel it. I had chat with Jenny, who emailed me that she had received my cancellation and all billing was stopped. Up until today no refund

Scam. Ordered 1 bottle, charged for 5 in usd not the advertised aud. Then charged my credit card again. $550 aud out of pocket, had to cancel credit card. Company acknowledged chat but did not rectify. No products AT ALL ever received since October 2022. Rip off merchants.

The review should be a zero. One is too generous. I placed my order early November and like others thought I was paying in AU $. Had clicked on "no thanks" when asked if wish to purchase additional bottles. Thought I had paid $38 AU. Shocked to discover I was out of pocket nearly $500. I had been charged for 5 bottles. By mid December received email from company that order was on its. After numerous conversations on live chat, they offered to re-imburse me half the cost (better than nothing), which I accepted. Order arrived 9th Jan. Decided to try one bottle and return the remaining 4 bottles(which I had not ordered). Furious to discover that the cost of return was $45. Requested the company re-imburse me for postage which they have refused. They have reimbursed me for the 4 bottles but Im out of pocket about $150 due to postage, charges and conversion fees

My wife decided to purchase some products. After payment was completed my wife advised me of this purchase and I conducted an online search re the this company only to find that they are a bunch of scam artists.

This company is fraudulent
They take your money but they don’t send you the products. Do not trust them

Why have the people in this company not been arrested and imprisoned. Clear thiefs. I wont go into my boring details i will just say that indeed i was robbed.
