Customer service

I had a great experience with 33mm's customer service while trying to locate my order. I want to especially thank Leah for her incredible help throughout the entire process; she was proactive in contacting the courier and kept me updated until I finally collected my package at the post office. Her assistance made a stressful situation much easier, and I truly appreciate the dedicated support. Highly recommended!

Have been buying The T-Shirts for my Son, Birthdays, Xmas, lots of occasions,
Product and delivery service is excellent,
Haven’t had to ring customer Service, as always delivered on time,
I might ring them just to leave a happy message!!
my son loves them, has all colours, and they wash and wear very well,
Highly recommended in our house!

Make sure to read return policy thoroughly!

Making an update to my earlier review. After posting, the company did reach back out and offer to make a one time exception for a store credit to enable the exchange of the jacket. I appreciate their willingness to be flexible and applaud their follow up customer service. I would caution anyone placing an order to thoroughly read and understand their return policy and dates.

My mother ordered a jacket for my son for Christmas. It was the wrong size. She asked for an exchange, NOT a refund, but simple exchange. They denied her request because it was outside of the 30 day exchange policy by a few days. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will never shopping there again and won’t be giving them any more of my hard earned money.

After reviewing your correspondence with our customer service team, I can confirm that all emails were responded to within two business days, which is our estimated response time. Unfortunately, due to the delivery issues you encountered, we were required to wait for the courier’s investigation to conclude before we could issue a refund or replacement. This process has now been completed, and the team are currently assisting you to create a replacement order.

Great design and concept but execution…

Great design and concept but execution is questionable.
I have around 5-6 clothing items from this brand, and i think the concept and style is great, but the quality always falls short. (loose threads, wonky hemming, low quality materials (e.g reagan t shirt was a mess in terms of seams + it feels really horrible when worn),collars have stretched out over time.. etc) I understand that this is the state of the fashion industry but i do think that a brand going for timeless pieces should maybe have timeless pieces not just the aesthetics of it.

My suggestion is to have a premium line, where each item is checked for quality and is made of premium materials only with ongoing durability tests within the team. I certainly would pay double or more if they can guarantee quality. I do think they have tried to do this with the jewelry line finally releasing sterling silver. But the designs don't look good. they should just replicate the best selling steel items (which in person look like dull junk)

Great white t shirt

Bought a plain white t shirt since the brand looked really posh, 40 quid i think? which is really expensive, but when i got it, it feels so soft and luxurious, honestly not a bad price, maybe im too used to buying m&s t shirts, which are overpriced in the autograph line imo, but this one fit great, feels great and is really nice overall.

200e manquant, et non remboursé

Première partie de commande reçue, une chemise à 75e, la deuxième partie de la commande perdue dans la nature pour 200e, et un service client qui ne répond pas, à fuir, 2 semaines que j’attends qu’ils reviennent vers moi.
J’ai relancé 3/4 fois le service client, sans succès.

Zach Workwear Jacket

Really classy packaging, amazing fit. It’s warm and looks heavyweight without actually being it. Fits like it’s been tailored which I’m still stunned by. Really recommend.

Not worth the hype

I would say this brand is all social media “influencer” fodder. The items, size wise, run small. Some more than others. A tank top I purchased.. an xl would still be way too small.. I’m normally between a medium and large.

Quality wise. It’s all meh to ick. Seems flimsy construction and materials. Pants for example.. lots of loose stuff like pockets etc inside. I returned the entire order

The positives.. the return was pretty hassle free .. I did pay a small return postage fee. (Flat fee regardless of how many items you return .. ). And the packaging for each item is nice. (All show no substance)

Items were pretty nice but support ahh

The products were actually quite nice, but the customer support is absolutely awful. I’ve been waiting for my €189 refund for over 30 days now, and customer service hasn’t replied to any of my messages. Nothing has changed, and I’m really disappointed. Terrible brand — hopefully they finally react after this. I’ve already contacted PayPal about it.
