Be very careful with this company. My experience was extremely disappointing. They charged me even though their own contract states that no payment is due until services are fully completed.

They also failed to perform all the services they claimed they would. When I asked for a refund due to incomplete work, they refused and pointed to a “no refunds” policy.

This feels misleading and unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to do thorough research before using this company.

Fix my credit in 90 days my ass!!! In fact they did so much that my credit score went down over 100 points!!! They won’t give me my money back even tho I’m not satisfied!!!! They won’t let me cancel!!! My lawyer has been contacted and yall will be contacted as well!

The truth is that I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use them to get their credit score fixed. I am still shocked that they would do such a thing to someone that is bottom out and trying to get straight. It seems like my credit report has gone from bad to super bad. Last thing that happened I received a letter from one of the 3 credit bureau stating that the paperwork submitted in my behalf do not match the correct information about me. To start my name was substituted with someone else’s name and that created a problem with the bureau and they started an investigation I tried resolving the issue with this company but they didn’t even cared to call me back. And every month that went by they made sure that they continued to take the payment out. But wouldn’t answer me back or helped me with the issue that they created. It took months for me to get to speak to someone and I am not sure yet what is going to happen but the manager said he will take over and help with the situation. I will keep you guys posted on how they handle this and weather they do help with my credit situation that is worse than when I started. Can’t get any worse than this a very dangerous situation I have been placed in by this company. So do your homework before you end up in my situation
