I have no complaints and a lot of praise! The community and coaches are very supportive and encouraging, the workouts are challenging but doable although I definitely had to modify quite a bit at the beginning. I began noticing positive changes in my body within a couple weeks!
Yes, it took almost a month to get my board but there are many workouts available that don’t require it and will help you get the gist of what you are getting into!
Customer service resolved a payment issue within a week. Ok, my issue was originally denied but one additional email later and it was resolved.
I had no intentions of continuing the subscription but now I can’t see myself without it. I would genuinely miss the people I have “met” and I know I would not continue the exercises without their encouragement. I have already recommended the program to friends.

What an awful company to deal with. Ordered as a christmas gift for someone. It arrived 2 weeks late with no apology when I chased the order.
2 weeks later another charge appeared on my credit card. When I finally had a reply they had kept my payment details and with consent signed me up to a monthly subscription. After several emails back and forth with someone called Lily regarding a refund I was told they couldn't do anything now it had gone through, and sent a link to cancel my subscription (which I hadn't taken out, because I didn't agree nor agreed for them to keep my card details) yo find that the page doesn't work so now I am left with no option but to take this to my card company to deal with...... Please stay away from this company.

Initially, it was good but if you did not log into the program for a couple of weeks, for whatever reason, they kick you out with no explanation. As someone who paid for a lifetime memebership, it shouldn’t matter if I didn’t log in for a whole year. It’s paid for!

Do not buy from this company. They charged my credit card for a subscription that I never authorized. After I called and emailed they said they would refund the charge and cancel the subscription. Then I got an email saying they don’t refund and would give me a cheaper monthly rate. I told them NO! I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

It has been 20 days since i ordered , and i have received nothing, i’m afraid it’s a scam, i contacted them by email but they are so slow in replying

I ordered from their online website maybe more that a month to Kuwait and still didn't receive my order also, I emailed them many times all they do is just apologising without finding any solution they said provide us with the postal code which I did but still couldn't track my order nor get any updates?

You're supposed to have a 30 day free trial. They start that trial on the day you order it instead of the day you receive it. I was charged $39.99 for a subscription 2 weeks after I received it. It was a Christmas gift and hadn't even been opened yet. When I requested an extension on the trial...which their literature says you can do...they added 2 weeks to my first months charge...so I was still charged $39.99 without ever opening the box. They also state that you can return the item within 30 days with no explanation and then asked for a detailed explanation for why I'm returning it. Bait and switch.

The board itself is very cheaply made. When I received it, there were many cracks in the plastic. The slide kept getting jammed at random places and the customer support was extremely unhelpful. I still have a bruise from the slide getting jammed; I saw it stuck and attempted to get it dislodged but it suddenly slammed back into me.

The reviews online and on youtube are definitely paid or done by fake people because there is no way any person can be happy with this product.

The worst part about this company is the customer support. They were extremely unprofessional and kept delaying responses so I would get charged for their subscription that they also signed me up for without my consent.

I am extremely unhappy with this product and especially their customer support and cannot recommend anyone buy this

I love the community and the support 28 provides. They want to make sure you have what you need. There’s were some exercises that I was not able to do because of bad knees or not enough strength, but I modified and did my best. I have already recommended to friends and I know one already made a purchase.

Definitely can tell that I have toned up and my muscles have gotten stronger! There are a few videos that could have better instructions but was definitely worth the cost

I did it! 🙌 Just wrapped up my 28-day Pilates Reformer challenge, and I feel so proud of myself. When I started, I honestly didn’t know what to expect — I just knew I wanted to commit to something that would stretch me (literally 😅).

Those first few days were no joke! There were times I had to modify moves and push through the burn, but every session got me a little stronger, a little more confident, and a lot more connected to my body.

💪 My core is tighter.
🧘‍♀️ My posture’s better.
🔥 And yes — I can now hold a plank and do a plank pike!

This challenge reminded me that progress isn’t about perfection — it’s about consistency and showing up even on the hard days. I’m finishing stronger than I started, and that feels amazing.

If you’ve ever thought about trying Pilates on the Reformer, do it. You’ll be amazed at what your body (and mind) can do in just 28 days. 💫

I never received my board. The shipping partner lost it (fedex). At first the company was very responsive and they stated they would send me a replacement, 3 weeks later nothing! (They had not even begun shipping a replacement). I told them to forget it at this point its almost 2 months since my original order. I requested a refund and again they have stopped replying. I will be disputing these charges tomorrow! After reading how cheap the board is i am glad I did not receive it

I was disappointed to discover that the “free” trial required setting up an account and uploading a photo to join a community before accessing the 28-day workouts. After struggling to gain access, I decided to try the Pilates board with some YouTube videos since I couldn't return it for a refund. Unfortunately, I found the equipment to be subpar. It broke within the first two minutes of use, and I was only doing basic ab exercises, using my hands on the pads. At 127 lbs and with a regular workout routine that includes cardio, Pilates, and strength training, I expected it to support my weight without issue.

Given my experience, I'm surprised that the company is still in business. I won’t be purchasing from 28pilates again and will share my experience with others. I really hope 28pilates can improve their products and customer service in the future.

The spring clips on the board broke after one use and are not fit for purpose, they are actually very dangerous as attached to a stretchy bungie type rope. They broke during use, under tension, resulting in one of them snapping back and hitting me in the face, narrowly missing my eye. Disappointing Customer Services who not offered a satisfactory solution. Offering me an amount that doesn't even cover the cost of me replacing the clips myself. No offer of clips being replaced by the company.
Board was shipped from China, nowhere does it state this on the website - I am in the UK and was expecting it to ship from within the UK.
Overall very disappointed and wish I had bought the same board from Amazon, as there appears to no difference to a far cheaper one.

I bought the Pilates board and was so excited to try something new. I really like the Pilates board. I mean it’s only a little over $100 so you definitely get what you pay for.. I was highly highly disappointed with the classes and the customer service!!!
Be careful as they tell you you get a 28 day 30 day trial well just a heads up. It’s almost impossible to stop your trial and it’s $40 a month which is 1000% not worth it. The videos didn’t even go online. The wording was off. It would tell you to switch when you weren’t meant to switch so you have to completely be looking at the TV to know what’s truly happening and knowing what you’re supposed to do if you rely just on the sound well they did not edit the videos very well.
Then once I finally got a hold of somebody because it took me almost 3 months to get a hold of somebody when I started threatening them that I was going to have my bank file a dispute because I couldn’t cancel. They offered me an extra free month and I said fine. I won’t have my bank dispute the charge. Well guess what that free month was a lie as soon as it ran out, they kicked me out of the program as someone who was a former instructor. This is highly disappointing and if you have any experience working out, save your money their workouts cost more than gems and aren’t worth it plus the customer service absolutely horrible. I don’t appreciate when people lie deep ill and cheat me.

After buying this machine which I was really looking forward to it they automatically put you in a membership subscription that you need to pay $40 a month so if you don't read the fine lines they're going to charge you $40 a month and to try to get out of that subscription is going to be really hard so they're not giving me back my money I have never opened up any digital classes I just noticed that they stole $40 from my account so buyer beware

I wish I had read reviews before purchasing. The quality of the reformer was not worth the price. Definitely made in china and not sturdy at all. I returned my reformer within days of receiving it. My return was received by them on 8/11. As of 8/27, I’ve yet to receive my refund. I’ve sent multiple emails with the same response of “I’ve personally escalated your refund request to our higher management team to ensure it’s handled with the highest priority. They’re currently reviewing everything, and you can expect a reply from them within 1–5 business days.”. Almost 2 weeks later, I get the same generic response. This company and website is a complete sham. Do not purchase from here unless you wanna loose out on $150.

I requested the subscription to be cancelled which was not responded to nor did they cancel it. I was charged $39.99 and was told 'we sent you the link to cancel' The amount of 'helpful emails' they send is unreal and some even go to SPAM, so not all emails are received.
I do not recommend this company at all. They do not care, and just in it for themselves.
